KA Villa Hoi An

I can only reiterate what others have said about this lovely hotel ... it is a paradise! From the moment we arrived and were welcomed so warmly to the moment we sadly had to leave, we were so well looked after! The location is perfect ... in the middle of a quiet road full of delightful eateries, within a few steps to a lovely peaceful stretch of beach, from where you can walk miles in each direction and only a 10 minute Grab ride to the historic Hoi An Old Town. They have bikes which are free to use and enable exploration through traditional riverside villages and through the rice padi fields in the countryside. The decor of the hotel is wonderfully calming and the rooms are spacious, having everything you need with a clean and towel replacement daily. The breakfast choices are plentiful and varied. There is also a beautiful swimming pool in the shade at the front of the hotel and the MOST reasonable spa treatments for hotel guests ... I will never forget my hour long deep tissue massage and half hour facial with Gnoc ... it was SO good and all for 400 k dong! It is honestly one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in and I can't recommend it highly enough!

We have spent almost a month here and we enjoyed it so so much! The location is by the beach just across the road which is great! The pool is clean and refreshing and having coffee in the small garden in the morning is charming. Our laundry was made once a week with highest quality and drinking water was provided during our stay. My husband had a massage at hotel spa once a week and enjoyed it every single time. The service of all staff members was so kind and genuine. We really felt welcome and really appreciate all the efforts everyone made to accommodate our requests during the long stay. Special thanks to Miss Hung who spent a lot of time talking to us and providing us with a lot of information. We would unquestionably stay again at any moment.

Omg this was my favourite hotel in Hoi An. Listen, the building is beautiful, rooms are so so clean. Staff are the sweetest and breakfast is so yami. Thank you dear staff I had such a good time!

Almost 2 weeks is over in the most wonderful place. All the staff have made our stay so special. The location is perfect as a very easy trip into town, but far enough away to be peaceful. Plenty of places to eat nearby and short walks, or free bikes, to other beaches along the coast. We will definitely be coming back as Hoi An and KA Villa have been such an amazing experience ❤️ ps. Amazing massages!...and banana pancakes!...and laundry is free!

Lovely peaceful place near the beach. It’s slightly away from the main street. If you prefer quiet environment, this is the place you need. The services are top tier including, breakfast, free laundry, and free bicycle rental. The staff are very caring and communicative. The closest beach (hidden beach and coconut beach) has less people compared to A Bang beach, and the seawater was crystal clear (August-September).

We originally booked 5 nights at this hotel but ended up staying for two full weeks because we enjoyed it so much. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options that could also be pre-ordered. Any issue in the room was taken care of immediately without delay, and the in-house laundry service was a really nice extra convenience. Overall, a fantastic experience that made our stay truly enjoyable.

We stayed here for 8 nights and had the best customer service we have had at any hotel! Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well-fed (breakfast), and got to experience everything that we wanted in Hoi An. Rooms - we stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony. The room was huge and very comfortable. The bed was soft, but firm enough for my husband. The bath tub is enormous! The breakfast options consist of about 12 choices. Each person chooses one for the next day. The food was fresh and good portion sizes. You also get a large plate of fresh fruit, fresh juice and coffee or tea. This was a great place for our family!

Stayed with family for several nights at different times of the year. Our favorite place to stay when visiting Hoi An as it is not crowded area but easily reachable to beach and old city. Would recommend for family and couples looking to relax and enjoy comfortable and tranquil stay. Shout out to all staff as they are always happy, friendly, attentive and put customers first. Look forward to staying there next time we visit Danang / Hoian. For golfers: this place is perfectly in the middle all Danang city golf courses and Hoiana / Vinpearl golf course.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is peaceful and quiet, yet perfectly located — close to everything without the noise. The service was excellent: attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful. The bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to fully relax after long days out. We also had a massage at the hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic — one of the highlights of our stay. All in all, a place where you really feel taken care of. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers looking for comfort, calm, and great service.
