We had a truly wonderful family stay, and one of the absolute highlights was the Kids Club. Our children loved it so much that they asked to go back every single day. The space is beautifully designed, safe, and thoughtfully arranged with a wide variety of engaging and age-appropriate activities. We would especially like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Thu, Anh, and Uyen. They were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring toward our children. From the moment our kids arrived, they were warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable and happy. The staff took the time to interact with them individually, helped them participate in different activities, and always made sure they were having fun while feeling secure. As parents, it meant so much to see how attentive and loving the Kids Club team was. Thanks to them, our children had an amazing time, and we were able to relax and enjoy the resort knowing our kids were in excellent hands. This level of care and professionalism truly made our stay memorable, and the Kids Club alone is a reason we would happily return.

We had a truly wonderful stay at InterContinental Danang and would like to sincerely commend the exceptional team who made our visit so memorable. Special thanks to Vera from Front Office and the Assistant Manager of Front Office for assisting us smoothly during checkout, as well as the F&B Assistant Manager (Thomas) for personally apologizing for the delay, and the Director of Guest Services (Nguyen Tien Hai) who warmly greeted us upon arrival. These thoughtful gestures immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for. Ni Pham (Kyla) did an excellent job explaining all the resort facilities in detail, which helped us fully enjoy everything the property has to offer. Chen Hoang (Adam) from Guest Services took a beautiful video of us during breakfast—such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Y. Nguyen was also very attentive and helpful while we were at the lounge. At La Maison 1888, Toan Phan and Ly Tu were absolutely amazing in explaining the history and ingredients of each dish, making the dining experience even more special and meaningful. We would also like to commend the entire Guest Services team, who were consistently warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, every team member we encountered delivered superb service. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. We will definitely come back—next time with our kids. The Intercontinental Danang was truly a five star experience. Beginning with the check in, everyone on the staff and especially a young lady named Zima went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, guiding us to our room and explaining everything in great detail. Even the rare and protected Douc monkeys frolicking in the trees seemed to give us a special welcome. The front desk manager Ngoc was very competent and she helped us with some requests we had. The facilities were superb, from the private beach to the spa to the Michelin quality restaurants. The French restaurant La Maison 1888 provided a top-notch dining experience, while the Long Bar was nice for a casual meal and drinks while looking over the beach. This resort is one of the best in the world.

We had an amazing family trip at InterContinental Danang! We stayed in a villa and everything was perfect. Big thanks to our butler, Yuri. He took such good care of us and made our holiday so easy and happy. We really appreciate everything he did for our family! The Club Lounge was also great—the food and drinks were delicious. Everyone there was so nice, especially Adam. He was very friendly and made us feel so welcome and relaxed. It was a wonderful memory for us. We would love to come back again!

Could not possibly rave enough about this spectacular property. Easily top 3 I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was extremely attentive in all areas of the property. Tom (Tuan) at the miraculous breakfast was very kind and went out of his way every day to serve us. Luong Hoa Anh’s steamed rice rolls were a must there. 1888 is clear what it’s a Michelin restaurant. The airport lounge for departing gas was incredibly nice and exclusively for departing guests. It seats 55 people and we were the only ones there to enjoy it before our flight out. If you’re debating whether or not to stay here, stop questioning yourself and book it.

Jerry was our server during our breakfast buffet. He was exceptional with his service, friendliness and always smiling and willing to help. We were seated inside but would really like to enjoy the view outside; he offered for us to change our table once the outside table was available; he took the time to seat us where we got the chance to see and enjoy the beautiful scenic view of the beach. Thank you Jerry for making our trip to intercontinental hotel a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back and refer this place to others in the future. I recently visited InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort for lunch, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Even though I wasn’t staying at the resort, the team made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived. The setting alone is breathtaking, stunning ocean views, elegant design, and a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you relax. The lunch was exceptional. The food was beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. Every detail, from the ambiance to the service, reflected true five-star quality. A special thank you to Jerry and the team, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful, ensuring everything was perfect. His warm hospitality truly elevated the entire experience. Even just for lunch, InterContinental Danang delivers a luxury experience that is memorable and worth every moment. I would highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again.

This resort absolutely blew my mind. While the scenery and facilities were flawless, it was really the quality of the staff here that elevated this venue above its peers. To give an example, at Citron restaurant in the resort we were serviced by a waiter, Hunter, who went above and beyond to provide quality service. I was quite surprised to learn that this young man only started 3 months prior. I had a pleasant time thanks in part to Hunter and was quite impressed by his attention to detail. Also another waitress, named Thanh who was also very attentive. It was obvious to us that the staff here strive their hardest to ensure guests are well taken care of. Their hard work is very much appreciated. ❤️

We were thoroughly impressed by every aspect of our stay — the excellent location, the beautiful and distinctive architecture, the immaculate cleanliness, and the luxurious facilities. The warm smiles and gracious hospitality of your staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. We also greatly enjoyed the exquisite cuisine and elegant presentation at the restaurants, as well as the outstanding quality of the spa treatments. Despite our limited English, everyone kindly supported us with patience and care, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay without any concerns. We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to Jacob, the concierge, for his thoughtful assistance even after our departure.
