The Hyatt Regency Danang Resort is a wonderful place to stay. We spent a week there and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a perfect place to unwind and relax and would also be a great place for a family stay. As Hyatt Globalists, we applied a suite upgrade for our room and used the Regency Lounge every day. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and so, so clean! We enjoyed the separate soaking tub in our room and the water was delightfully hot for evening soaks. We had a view of the ocean and resort pools. The beach is gorgeous and the sand is very soft. We enjoyed an incredible breakfast buffet at three different locations - the lounge, Oceane, and the main restaurant. All three were truly excellent!! There is a very good gym, sauna, spa baths (hot and cold), several types of outdoor pools, outdoor games, free activities for adults and youth, a shuttle to Hoi An twice daily for about $3.80 USD per person each way, and many other amenities. We participated in the early morning fitness and relaxation activities - so good! We also went to Hoi An on the shuttle - highly recommend. Check out Chillax cafe when in Hoi An. Every single staff person excelled at their role and were eager, helpful and so kind. We had extra special, above and beyond service from Sora in the front office and really enjoyed meeting Hoa the Front Office Manager. These are quality people and it shows in their team. Thank you all for making our stay a special time. We highly recommend a stay here! **The city of Danang is about a 20-25 minute drive away for about $5-$6 through Grab.

First time to Da Nang and we stayed in this resort. Chose one of the villas which was suitable for multigenerational families. However one of the rooms is isolated outside of the main villa building - suitable for grandparents but not ideal as it’s not attached to the man building making it slightly inconvenient. The rooms and toilets were spacious with a generous living area. Breakfast spread in the mornings were extensive. The beachfront was good for kids as the sand was suitable for playing. The waves were on the stronger side so swimming was not advisable. Well stocked kids club for the younger kids and another section for the older kids though some of the arcade games were faulty when we were there. There is a little farm experience which was nice for the kids to enjoy and a good effort by the hotel to create something different. No complaints on service.

We had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa. The resort is beautiful, calm, and very well organized. It’s also excellent for children — everything runs on time and feels well managed. The staff were very, very attentive without being intrusive. Pools and beach areas were clean and easy to enjoy, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. Overall, it felt very, very luxurious, with amazing service throughout. We’d happily return.

Celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary we had booked another hotel and were very unhappy. Hyatt Regency Da Nang came to the rescue and saved our special time When we arrived we had just argued with the other hotel manager for 30 minutes and very unhappy and down. Then we met Tracy in Reception Her warm smile and infectious personality won us over and made us feel so special. Tracy was so kind and friendly that we couldn't help to smile. The room, food, and resort are out of this world Thank you to everyone for making our Anniversary so Special.

I loved my stay at Hyatt Regency Danang. It was heavenly: a beautiful ocean view room, gorgeous and uncrowded beach, Regency Club with delicious food and drinks and very friendly and professional service. The location is a bit remote, but it is perfect if you want relaxation and luxury. It was such a wonderful experience, I was sad to leave. Highly recommend!

The resort is beautifully maintained, offering expansive grounds, multiple pools, and a pristine beachfront that creates an immediate sense of calm. Our room was spacious, elegantly designed, and thoughtfully equipped, with serene views and excellent amenities, including a luxurious bathroom and generous wardrobe space. Service throughout the property was warm, attentive, and consistently professional. The team went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. There was no shortage of activities — from the water slide and lagoon-style pools to the football field and children’s play areas, making it ideal for both families and leisure travellers. Food options were plentiful and well executed. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with diverse choices and high-quality dishes across multiple stations. Overall, a superb resort that delivers on comfort, hospitality, and experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Danang.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Hyatt Regency Danang, and overall, the service and hospitality were of a very high standard. The team was attentive, professional, and consistently warm, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Mr Duy, the Trainee Breakfast Buffet Server, whose hard work, politeness, and positive attitude truly stood out. Despite being in training, he was attentive, proactive, and always served with a genuine smile, making our breakfast experience especially enjoyable. We would also like to share some constructive feedback for consideration. The quality of the beds, which were not as comfortable as expected, and the in-room television, which appeared to be from an older generation, are areas that could benefit from review and revision to further enhance the guest experience. Other than these points, the hotel’s service standards were impeccable, and the overall experience was highly enjoyable. We would certainly consider returning again and again should the opportunity present itself.

Beautiful beach, although the ocean was cold and there was a red flag all week so we didn’t swim. Hotel staff are very friendly. Large hotel, buggies are provided to get you around. Breakfast was good, not excellent. Overall, it’s your typical western hotel with amenities you would expect for a 5-star hotel. You didn’t feel like you were in Vietnam, wouldn’t recommend for people wanting a more cultural experience. Perfect for people wanting a beach getaway. There was a corporate event during our stay.

Service was top-notch. Everything was very smooth. Only issue is that the resort is quite a distance from everything else in Da Nang. But, this is easily overcome considering how cheap Grab rides are. The room was huge and very comfortable. …

We stayed in Danang for one week. We stayed at Hyatt Regency since it was closer to the city and on the beach. First of all we did not know what to expect. We stayed in the one bedroom suite with an ocean view. Room - the suite was very nice with a great view of the ocean. We loved the fact that our suite had 2 bathrooms. :) Resort - everything was an easy walk to everything from restaurants, beach, pool area and lounge. Staff - for the most part they were nice. Restaurants - we ate by the pool area a few times and french fries were the best. Very crispy! We also ate at Vive Ocean on Sunday night because they had a seafood night. The lobster was pricey and was not that good. Very chewy and with that ocean smell. That was the only disappointment in our restaurant experiences. The resort had a nice ocean breeze the entire time we were there and you can hear the waves crashing which was nice and not too loud as the waves are not big. Location made it easy to visit Hoi An, city area to eat, Ba Na Hills and so on. We left Hyatt Regency to go to Intercontinental Sun Resort and we truly enjoyed Hyatt Regency better!

I stayed at your hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. I booked an ocean view room, but was assigned a pool view instead. The first night was fine. However, at midnight I received a phone call asking, “Are you checking out?” even though it was not my check-out date. This was quite disturbing. Between 9:00–10:00 AM on the following days, the housekeeping staff were very loud in the hallway. The noise was disruptive and made it difficult to rest. On the second day, I called housekeeping for room cleaning, but they did not come as scheduled. When I returned to the room in the evening, it had still not been cleaned, so I had to call again before someone finally came. The cleaning service was not satisfactory. The slippers were not replaced, the bathrobe was not changed, and one of the towels had visible stains, so I did not use it. Overall, the service did not meet expectations and was not as impressive as advertised. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and improvements can be made. Frankly, I do not understand what qualifies this property as a five-star hotel. Based on my experience, the service did not reflect five-star standards. I feel quite disappointed and indifferent about the money I spent, as the overall experience did not justify the price.
