Terrible place to stay but we were backpacking and this was the cheapest we could find

Its not a clean place. Unfortunately we booked for two nights and are stuck

Booked several days, but suddenly the owner said there is no room and I need to cancel my reservation. Even I called several times, but the owner is poor English and hang up the phone even during the conversation. Never apologize and not professional. I strongly recommend not to stay

I think you better don't stay at this hotel. It's a terrible place to stay and the owner is extremely crooked. The owner threaten me to cancel my booking which is at a lower price and force me to pay a higher price.

Impossible. The sheets and pillow cases are full of holes, and hairs are on the sheets. My first room had an ashtray so I asked a non smoking room, and they changed my room but the second room also had an ashtray, so non smoking room is non existent in the first place. A rundown building with no maintenance, everything is half broken here. One of the worst in Danang.
