Great! This hotel is so beauty. The room is large, comfortable and very clean. The staff are great. They can help you many thing. They have a limousine so you can go to the old town or beach in schedule. In front of hotel there is a playground for kids to play. I will recommned it for everyone

The hotel is very conveniently located, about 1.3km from the center of Hoi An ancient town and about 3km from the Roving Chillhouse - a cafe with a view of the rice fields. The room is quiet spacious and fully equipped. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly.

The staff was exceptional. They made us feel welcome and were so very helpful with all our needs. We highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 26 nights. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I particularly won't forget Gin from the restaurant and Trang from housekeeping (though every single other staff member was also kind and warm-hearted). I want to come back again next year. The room was clean and the shuttle was very convenient.

Great experience at this hotel. Kids loved the pool and would have stayed in it all day. Staff where amazing helping with a small sewing repair.

Would give 6 stars if I could! Can't wait to go back to Hoi An just to stay at this hotel again. Easy access to the beach and old town, flawless staff, who even went above and beyond to make my son feel special on his birthday! Also, there's a winmart around the corner and lots of nice restaurants in walking distance as well. 11/10. So happy! Also the room was enormous and so clean!

FLORA WAS AN EXCELLENT HOST AT SERENITY HOTEL. The location is fantastic close to the beach, atmosphere amazing, rooms very comfortable and beds amazing, value for money excellent, highly recommended

We loved our stay here and wished we could stay longer. All the staff are so lovely! They were very welcoming and gave us so many amazing recommendations for food and places to go which we followed. The room was stunning, especially for the price! We have been backpacking so this felt like a proper treat but was within our budget. The breakfast was also great, so much to choose from and all fresh. The pool is nice and warm and there’s plenty of seating around it. They also have a spa, the prices are reasonable but they seem to have offers on too so we also did this and it was incredible. A bit of luxury between backpacking. Literally no complaints.
