Good meal, clean room. Tannie did a great job on serving us during our breakfast session. The bathroom is well cleaned too. Breakfast changes everyday which made me feel different.

We had a wonderful stay at Central Boutique Hotel as a family and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and our room was very nice, spacious, and spotless. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. Every morning, Tannie greeted us warmly with her kindness and smile, which made our stay even more special. We truly felt at home here. We will definitely come back!

Lots of variety, but most of the food are cold. Never the less, we really had a great time spending our time here. Like to share a little about the bed in our room, two people in our group bruised their shin walking into the corners of the bed.

The hotel is great, and the location is perfect for walking around the old town and night market. The atmosphere is relaxed and very pleasant. The staff is really attentive and helpful, Pink has been wonderful and made sure our stay was comfortable throughout.

We had a wonderful stay at Hoi A Boutique. The customer service was excellent, especially Pinky from restaurant who kindly recommended a great tailor shop and a lovely nail salon for me. This is a very family-friendly place and a great choice to stay in Hoi An. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful stay thanks to Annie and Rose! From the moment we arrived, Annie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was warm and attentive. We’d never been to the city before and didn’t have much of an itinerary, but Annie helped us get settled straight away with great suggestions and the kind of service that stands out. Rose was also incredible too! She gave recommendations for tailors and restaurants, and did so in a way that never felt pushy, just genuinely helpful. Both Annie and Rose made our stay feel personal. Highly recommend staying here! The service and location a could not be faulted! 💙💙

The hotel is located 15 minutes' walk from the old city. The rooms are spacious and comfy. The breakfast is very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially Tannie was amazing. She helped us with every request with a lot of patience and a beautiful smile

Had a very enjoyable stay here. Staff are very welcoming. At breakfast they recognized us every morning remembering our room number. Always asked if we were comfortable and slept well. House keeping was outstanding. Front of house personnel especially a lady named Pink were amazing.

We had an amazing stay at Hoi A Central Boutique and Spa. The staff was extremely welcoming, especially Pink who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and even gave us alternative foods to accommodate for us. We will come back for another visit. We also got massage and facial done here by Sang and Nguu. They did an amazing job with everything.

All staff are wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. The food is very good and sensibly priced. The building is great but needs some tlc. In the restaurant the floor is like an ice skating rink with the humidity in the mornings, the walls and columns need painting, My wife and I have worked most of our lives in 4* and 5* hotels. These are honest and constructive comments.

The service from Hong and Phuong were great. Very attentive. Love the vibes of the hotel with the lanterns everywhere. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff did a great job everyday. It is about a 15 minute walk from old town so convenient location. Breakfast offerings had a mix of European, American and local fare.

Great location, close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away not to be bothered by it. Our room was bigger than most and well appointed with a small balcony and table. The staff always seemed interested in our happiness and very attentive. Kim at the front desk helped make everything easy and helped us start our day with a smile.
