Amazing staff and service. Special thanks to Zenny who made sure that our stay was memorable. The rooms are big and comfy, and the resort has great facilities. Breakfasts is good and in room restaurant was also great and at a reasonable price. 5 min Walking distance from night market and the center.

I recently spent eight delightful days at this hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the expansive lobby and friendly staff, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. We booked a large premium suite, which was stunning and offered breathtaking views of the pool and river. The room was well-appointed, complete with an iron and ironing board—a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more comfortable. While the room service was efficient, I found the food a bit bland and lacking in flavor, which is an area for improvement. However, the pool area was a serene retreat, not too crowded, and the attentive lifeguards ensured that children were safe and well-behaved, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. A special shout-out goes to Tien from the restaurant. She was an absolute gem, making our family feel truly welcome. Tien even took the time to teach us some Vietnamese phrases! When she learned that we were feeling under the weather with sore throats, she prepared some ginger tea and personally delivered it to our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Overall, the friendliness of the staff truly stood out during our time at the resort. I would definitely return if I find myself back in Hoi An!

Maybe a 5 star resort 20 years ago. Location is good, pools are good but rooms a very poor. Bed quality was bad, bath towels had holes frayed, upgraded our room but still didn't have a real shower. One of our more expensive hotels so far and the worst we have had. Staff very nice. Breakfast was very average. 4 star resort at best...

Great riverside view, especially when watching the sunset on the rooftop while taking a dip in the infinity pool. About 5-10 minutes' walk away from the old town in Hoi An, where the riverside streets are beautifully lit up at night. Clean rooms with French Indochina-style decor. Great service by staff who speak decent English.

I have stayed arabel Marina for 4nights this October in a Premium city view room. Brand new room with very good bed and balcony side River view. Recommended for couples only as the privacy offers the bathroom is limited. Small shower and toilet area. If you are a big person better take another room type at the central building. Amazing pool area. Also lots of families and children playing around therefore if you need some peace and quiet you'd better hit the roof top pool. Overall a good resort with excellent location, might need a revised touch on breakfast options

Honest review from a Canadian/Aussie couple - We had a great time. They upgraded our room and treated us like royalty. Air condition blows so cold, you'll have a great sleep it's such a wonderful hotel. Beds a little firm but realistically it's worth double the price. It's a wonderful location with a gorgeous swim up bar. Everything was clean and affordable. Cant ask for more. Loved this hotel! You'd be a fool to not stay here.

Incredible hotel just steps from the old town of Hoi An! Fantastic value! We have stayed here 3 times now, and each time every aspect has gotten better to where I think it’s now genuinely a 5 star hotel. The breakfast and food we had by the pool is varied and on par with anywhere I have stayed in Asia. There is every facility you need within the hotel, including a lovely pool with swim up bar (and happy hour). The grounds are very well kept, and our interconnected family room was beautiful and clean. The staff are fantastic- friendly and so helpful. They will help you arrange everything you need. The trip to the beach was a highlight (we went via grab to stay on our own timetable) but there are sun lounges and showers that you can use at the beach for free. There are all the small businesses opposite the hotel to cater for your holiday- such as local spas, laundry facilities, minimarts… Lots of restaurants close by- and it’s easy to get a taxi to the back of the old city if you don’t want your walk in the heat. Special appreciation to the lifeguards who work so hard to keep everyone safe in the pool. There were lots of non-swimmers when we stayed and the pool is deep.

Had the pleasure of staying here 6 nights with my family. The service from the moment we arrived till the time we left was amazing. Check in staff, bellboys, hospitality crew all so helpful and friendly. Stayed in premier wing and the rooms were quite big, modern and so quite with really comfy beds and cool air con. Complimentary bus to Anh Bang beach along with the free bikes was also a hit. Great location 7 minutes walk to old town. Pools were also good and great for relaxing. Only cons were a small gym and breakfast buffet was a little under whelming compared to other hotels. Overall, would not hesitate to stay here again.

The place is clean. Location is perfect. Rooms are comfy. Food is good. Finally, the view from the hotel is just fantastic! Perfect place to relax and chill with your family and friends!
