Hoi An Riverside Villas & Apartments

This has been our favorite place to stay so far in Vietnam. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and proud of their hometown. We also got a free room upgrade. Everything was clean and tidy.

The service is a standout at at Hoi A Riverside hotels. The staff are lovely and very accomodating - we were upgraded to a larger room on arrival and the room was absolutely huge. Everything was clean and the massages at the spa were the best we have had in Vietnam. Only areas for improvement would be the breakfast buffet and the location is a little further out so while we were happy to walk 25 minutes into town, this may not be achievable for everyone. Taxis and grabs are readily available for transport

Very nice and friendly service. Rooms are dated, but ok. Bathroom could be better - the shower is done so unfortunate that it’s flooding all the bathroom. What I did not like - from a solo woman traveling perspective. Hotel is 30 min walking from city center. Usually I love to walk, but there you walk even at 6 pm on empty dark streets. Not very cool for a woman. So I was forced to use the grab, but in the evening it’s long time to wait and not so cheap. I used the laundry service. Paid 160.000 and most things came back with stains, still.

I had a pleasant stay at Hoi An Villa and Apartment. The location is fantastic, and the villa itself is beautiful with a lovely swimming pool. The rooms are comfortable, and the windows offer a great view. The bathroom is definitely a highlight—spacious and well-maintained. The only downside was that the breakfast was average, but overall, it was a very good experience.

We stayed three nights in this place, and it was a pleasure! The atmosphere was great and the staff very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer your questions and give recommendations. The hotel is placed a little outside the hustle and bustle of the center, which was great. You can have a lend of bicycles for free and it was very easy and cheap ti get a taxi. The room had a balcony and bathroom with a bathtub. Swimming pool outside. We have no doubts recommending this very cozy place.

The best stay I had in Vietnam! I can't properly describe how amazing the whole staff of Hoi An Riverside was. From the first moment they were very helpful and friendly, recommended us the best activities and things to do in Hoi An, and made sure that our stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The location is nice. Image you can rent free bike to ride until until ancient town. It is a cool experience. There are several spot u can just grab to there’s . Is not far. The breakfast everyday I can say is good. But maybe the cereal you have to change it( hope the hotel see it)The reception is very helpful, thanks a lot.

Great stay! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The pool is really nice, and the breakfast is yummy with good variety. They offer free bicycles, which are well maintained and perfect for exploring the area. The location is beautiful, surrounded by rice fields and right by the riverside. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at ease — as though we were arriving home. The owner took a hands-on role and was incredibly supportive. Even though check-in was officially at 2 pm, our flight was rescheduled and we arrived around 10 am. Despite not being obliged to, the team allowed us to use a temporary room to freshen up — such a generous gesture. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of vegetarian options. On the day of our early departure, the team not only arranged our airport transfer at a rate better than Grab, but also packed us breakfast without us even asking. That speaks volumes. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for 3 Nights. The Hotel is very beautiful, Great pool and accomodation. We had the best massage here. Breakfast was very nice, they always asked if we were happy or if we missed something. We also booked a half day tour to my son sanctuary and a boat trip in the evening. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Tracy and the Team are just so kind, they help out with everything. You can easily communicate via WhatsApp and they arrange everything - best service! Best Hotel we stayed during our 4 weeks. Can highly recommend.

The room was very cozy with a balcony overlooking the garden, a large bathroom with shower and tub. The breakfast had quite a few Asian and Western options. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It is a $1-$2 Grab ride to the old town depending on where you want to get dropped off. In all, it was a very affordable and charming place to stay in Hoi An.
