Hoi An Odyssey Hotel

My family(4 Adults)and I stand here for 5 days. Rhe hotel food fantastic and service. But obe thing not happy about is the hidden surcharge that is never advertised anywhere in the hotel or told about. When you receive your bills, re cooking class, beers or eating at the restaurant, which is great, you end up paying about 25% on top. Very sneaky. Even though we did tip people for great service. Pool great, rooms .

A very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, the staff is amazing and very helpful and the location for me also was perfect. Just 19-15min walk from the anxious town, but very calm and without any noises from the city center I highly recommend this hotel!

We loved staying here for 6 days! The staff, the food and service were outstanding. Always a smile from the cleaners to Lisa behind the bar and Emily and the girls on reception going out of their way with advice and any requests were never too much. A beautiful quiet location to return to after the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. We will be returning 100%!

Nice spot, cleanest pool we have been to so far (other pools have caused quite some skin reactions during our trip). Breakfast is not great though, but maybe that is because it is the off-season. The spa/massage is very good though. The staff is very attentive and likes to engage in conversation, but does not push too much. All in all a nice place to unwind.

Our stay at Odyssey in Hoi An was just wonderful. The hotel is very close to the central area, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It offers many amenities that make it special. The pool is spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The entire property is spotless, the rooms are large and comfortable, and we slept very well. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river, which was simply spectacular. Breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of both local and international dishes, always something new to try and of excellent quality. I also want to highlight the free bicycle rental, which makes it easy and enjoyable to move around Hoi An. Finally, the service provided by the staff is extraordinary always attentive and caring. For example, we had an early departure to the airport, and they packed us a small breakfast to take with us. Every interaction was marked by kindness and genuine hospitality. Thanks to all the staff for making our honey moon trip unforgettable!

We had a wonderful stay at Hoi An Odyssey Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax. The location is great—quiet but still close enough to the old town. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Hidden gem in Hoi An! Odyssey was a beautiful, clean, cozy hotel located just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Upon arrival, Emily was able to give us lots of information about the city and surrounding area, and made sure everything about our stay would be perfect. She offered us free bikes to ride into the old town (less than 5 minutes ride). We were able to get a very fair price for laundry services, a wonderful massage, and also booked a day trip to My Son Sanctuary through Odyssey. The pool looked wonderful although during our trip we did not have the right weather for a pool time. Our room was very spacious and cleaned daily, with complimentary water restocked daily as well. Truly a joy to spend some time at this hotel!

I guess let me start with this note. Anyone who's left 1 star has problems in the head that the hotel cannot fix. Im on day 2 of 12 and my experience has been so amazing that iw rite a review early. The staff go well above and beyond to ensure everything is of a good quality and standard. I've never seen so much smiling and politeness in my life. Many cou tries can learn from the example of this great hotel. The food is great. The breakfast is also amazing being theres only 30 rooms or so. In my many years of travel to various countries for work and vacation both this is really a gold standard on what exceptional service looks like. In a way I feel bad because I almost feel they give you a better quality of liv8ng than many Vietnamese people. I didnt ever want to come back to Asia after the 20 hour flight, but I absolutely would come back just to spend some more time here. I mean if I ever won the lottery or something g id probably try to buy the place to make sure it doesn't go away and having a permanent vacation spot. From the front desk, to the servers and even the cleaners, I honestly can't remember the last time I've slept so relaxed and happy. Better than any 4 star resort I've seen over 20 year. To the staff and owners at Odyessy, if you read this you really do have my heartfelt thanks.

We stayed here for 3 nights. As everyone mentioned better, the staff here are kind and friendly. Any issue was resolved quickly. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still able to walk to Hoi A Memories only 15 minute walk.

Lovely hotel with really friendly and professional staff, especially Emily on reception and Dai in the cafe. We could not have asked for a better location to watch the LNY fireworks than our balcony as the display was across the street and we had the best view in town! Very easy 10 min walk in to the Old Town a quiet road along the river jetty.

We loved this hotel so much!! Breakfast was perfect lots of options. Good clean pool. Room was really modern spacious and clean. Super friendly staff. They had just experienced the flooding so parts of the hotel met damp but they made sure we were in a room with no damp smell at all. We kept extending our stay because we loved it so much. You can also rent bikes for free. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the main part of the city. I would come back and highly recommend
