Hoi An Love.Ly Hostel

The BEST hostel stay - we loved it here so much! The girls running the place are fantastic and so lovely. They are very welcoming from the start and create such a nice atmosphere in the hostel. The atmosphere is very chilled but also very social - we met so many lovely people here and enjoyed sitting playing games in an evening without feeling pressured to do so. The dorms are nice and spacious with your own comfy bed and no bunks 😄 Would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Hoi An ☺️

Loved the Vietnamese lesson! Very fun, easy to make friends, and the beds have good privacy. Common spaces are limited to the main table in the lobby.

I spent around 6 nights here and absolutely loved the staff and the people staying at the hostel. Everyone is incredibly friendly — or as they love to say here, “lovely.” The breakfast is great, with plenty of options to choose from. Both receptionists are extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the laundry service is fast and efficient. It’s a quiet place, making it ideal for working remotely or just relaxing if you’re taking a day off from exploring. They also organize fun activities like Vietnamese language lessons and family dinners with other guests, which really helps you feel at home. There’s a fridge stocked with beers, water, and soft drinks, and they also offer luggage storage if you’re checking out but traveling later in the day. Highly recommend!

This might be my favourite hostel I’ve stayed in in south east Asia so far. We stayed in a mix bed dorm with 6 people and it was super spacious with no bunk beds and an en-suite. The bathroom was nice and clean and there was a really lovely communal area downstairs. There are activities each night, the family dinner is particularly nice and such a nice way to meet people as is the game night. It is not a party hostel but a nice chill social hostel that I would HIGHLY recommend. The staff were so helpful- as soon as we got there we had a run down of all the recommended places for food and the activities we wanted to do which was AMAZING. Could not recommend it enough!!

My favourite hostel yet on this trip of 4 months in SE Asia. Staff are the best. Perfect amount of social with the family dinners and card game nights. Beds are comfy and not bunk beds!! But have curtains- so you don’t have to share with anyone and you have your own space. Loved every moment here and I couldn’t help but come back 3 separate occasions. I stayed a total of 8 nights. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Hoi An

A lovely hostel! Hoi is so friendly and knowledgable and a great family feel. Easy to meet other travellers and lots of great recommendations. Rooms are nice and clean. We took the hostels easy rider tour to Hue and it was a real highlight of my trip so far, would highly recommend booking this with them.

Great stay, very clean, terrific location, free breakfast. And the most important, no bunk beds so its more comfortable and not a lot of people packed in one tint room. 9.5/10.

super hostel in center city, kind and friendly family management! fresh scent on all hostel, no bunks bed , happy hours with a one free beer, little but functional kitchen, beds comfortable with lockers and curtains. highly recommend

Pros: Great location, clean, no bunk beds Cons: It’s more a home stay rather than a hostel, not much social activities and everything looks old. Only one toilet and shower together in the bathroom to be shared with 5 people. The included breakfast is coffee with eggs and bread OR fruit, if you want both you have to pay extra. The aircon in our room was leaking which made an annoying noise and made one of the beds wet. Overall I think you can find way better options for the same price.

It was a really Love.ly stay;). It's a 5 min walk to the Oldtown where all the tailors and restaurants are. The personal was so kind and always happy to help. They made us feel very welcome. Especially in the evening there is ether family dinner which is delicious or the game night with a lot of fun games. It is really easy to get to know everyone. Also the rooms were really clean and the facilities as well.

One of our favorite hostels in SE Asia!!! Hoi, a true gem, is an incredible, all-around wonderful and insightful gal! She will help you select the best place for your tailoring/coffee/adventure needs and even teach you how to get the best deal! The hostel is social with a lot of fun nightly activities!
