Hoi An Hostel

Crystal was a really good receptionist, she helped me several times whenever my plans changed in whitin 24h, she arranged the private cars again and did cancelations for me that I needed, with no problems, especially when it was required to talk in Vietnamise, between the companies. I was really satisfied with the service that the hostel provided. I'm really happy and can suggest this place, it's really close to old town and breakfast is included which makes it really affordable.

Hosts are very kind. We arrived at 4am and once staff arrived managed to find a bed for us to rest in and even gave us some food. We stayed for a few days after this, really enjoyed the dorms. Great temperatures. Breakfast is really good, inc. Coffee and fruit. Way better than most other hostels. Only point I would say is that one one or two occasions staff are a little pushy towards their affiliated businesses - i.e. tailors. This could be more natural. Just having the business cards there is enough to advise guests (in my opinion). Great job hostel.

I stayed at Hoi An Ancient Town Hostel & Bar for two nights and had a really smooth experience. I booked directly and paid at the hostel. My plans changed last minute, and they were very understanding and flexible with the booking, which I appreciated. Crystal at the reception was kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Mornings felt extra comforting thanks to the lovely woman preparing breakfast, simple but filling. The room was clean, quiet at night, and had everything I needed. The vibe of the place is relaxed, and it’s close enough to the old town to walk, but tucked away enough for some peace. I actually wanted to stay longer, but had to keep moving. Would definitely return when I’m back in Hoi An as it’s such a warm and easygoing place to slow down in. Tip: Message ahead if your plans are uncertain. Staff are friendly and flexible.

Very central and the room is clean. The Breakfast is good and varies every day. The staff was very nice, especially Vi helped me a lot and showed me nice activities in Hoi An. I also booked my bus with them and everything went good!

Crystal on reception was amazing! She'll help you with anything she can. Everyone was super friendly! Even though it did not stop raining while I was there and I left earlier than planned, I did have a great time here.

The hostel is just moldy, literally. BUT the bartender is awesome, really kind and very good mixologist ! The hostel location is perfect, hope they'll repair it...

Hoi an ancient town hostel and bar is very near to old town. the property is also nice and have good ambiance I WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND ALSO RINA THE RECEPTIONIST SHE IS VERY NICE AND ACCOMODATING. the value of money for staying here exceeds my expectation. You should try to stay here when you come to hoi an.

Such a lovely hostel! The staff were very sweet and eager to help recommend activities, restaurants and transport. They had only just reopened after a period of intense flooding, so it was a bit quieter than usual. We loved it anyways because of the great location, facilities and staff.

The Hoi an Ancient town hostel was an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly and they wish to help you any where they can. The location is just a few minutes away from the old city center, but not directly in the busy area so you can easily enjoy a quite and relaxing game of pool downstairs. The rooms are very clean and tidy and for a wonderful price. I would recommend this hostel to anybody who is visiting Hoi an!

Do not stay here they are scammers. I booked through Hostelworld. Turned up to check in today and they said they overbooked booked. Without apologieing they insisted/pressured me that I cancel my booking. If I cancelled my booking they can then charge me for the whole stay for being a no show. Obviously I said no. Worst experience in my 2 times I’ve travelled through Vietnam

Amazing hostel with a great atmosphere and very clean rooms. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to crystal, who made my stay truly special with her kindness, positive energy, and great recommendations. She really goes above and beyond for the guests. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

I stayed in a dormitory and was pleased to find that even the shared rooms have their own private bathrooms, which is a big plus. The rooms are clean and just the right size. The common area is fantastic, featuring a pool table and a bar with a good selection of draft beers. They also have a kitchen on-site. Highly recommended for a comfortable and social stay in Hoi An!"
