Hoi An Heart Lodge

The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The manager and reception staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the yogurt with tropical fruit, along with delicious Vietnamese coffee.

Lovely room with incredibly kind staff. Highly recommend a stay here. I was able to keep my bag here after checkout for my night bus. The staff also helped me prepare for my bus trip and was exceptionally helpful during my stay.

We stayed in late November and absolutely loved it! The owner was so welcoming upon check-in. He and his wife were always so nice and helpful! Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and the location is close to everything!

The room was great and complete, the people really friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was yummy. The centre is on walking distance but for trips, bikes are also available. Overall great experience, would recommend to anyone who’s staying is Hoi An!

This was indeed one of my best stays in Vietnam. The moment I reached the hotel the owner greeted me, she was so kind and welcoming. She served me a welcome drink and explained me about the places I could visit here in Hoi An. They also gave me early check-in by 12pm as the room was available. The room was so clean and well maintained. I felt super safe here and Omg, the breakfast was so yum, It was the best Banh mi I had. The quantity of breakfast was really good, My stomach was so full after having the delicious breakfast that I even skipped the lunch. If you’re looking for a great stay in Hoi An this is definitely the one!

Everything about this place is perfect. Especially the hospitality of Mat and his family who own and run the place. They were all so sweet, lovely, and helpful and we followed his recommendations which led us to beautiful meals and a beautiful day. Please stay here, you won’t regret it and you’re putting your money to the right place. Also eat at his restaurant it was excellent!

We've been travelling south east Asia for a while and honestly this was the best place we stayed. On arrival we got a welcome drink (which was delicious) and an incredible introduction to the area from Yumy (she was fantastic and her English was perfect). Yumy gave us a map of the local area, explained what's nearby and the best way to get to places. We're big on food so she also gave us some recommendations on where to eat (we tried them all and they were fantastic). The Lodge also has a restaurant by the water front of the same name which was also delicious. Yumy was also working the restaurant one night and recognised us and made that experience even better too! The bed was massive, and having a balcony in each room was lovely. Aircon and fan were powerful so helped keep us cool. Breakfast on the morning was great and all the staff who served us were so kind and friendly. It really gave us the sense of a family run business and reminded us of traditional English 'Bed and Breakfasts'.

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights. The staff have been very welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast that is included had a great selection like banh mi , fruit , coffee and Vietnamese fruit bowl. Overall, it was a great experience with the family and staff here. Would recommend to anyone coming to the area

One of our best stays in Vietnam! The owners are sooooo sweeet and welcoming it was really heartwarming. The owner also gave us a personalized map adapted to what we told him ( vegetarian, want to visit tourist attractions and beaches) etc and was just so nice overall. The hotel is really close to everything. The room we had was perfect we had a little balcony, I got nothing to say on it and we finally had real toothpaste in the room hahah. The breakfast was so good and the owners made our whole experience better. We also could leave our luggage there since we came too early for check in and we’re leaving hoi a too late after the check out. 10/10 stay

Where to begin. Our stay here started with a very warm welcome. The rooms are super nice and comfortable (the bed was massive). The breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff was super helpful and friendly. And the location is amazing. We would go back in a heartbeat. It is safe to say they set the bar very high for other Hotels!

From start to finish, the service, the hospitality and the staff's friendly demeanor was outstanding and the best during my stay in Vietnam. Comfortable, humble and spacious rooms. The plus is their commitment to green and sustainable practices. The breakfast is truly amazing. This is a perfect day for a budget travellers.This is home stay with beautiful people. So, please do not expect a 5 star experience. You do not need to worry about carrying your luggages to upper levels cause they have a small lift for that. What I really love about this place is, 1) The room and the place is clean, neat and tidy. 2) proximity to the Hoi An ancient city another local attractions. 3) The people here are amazing and really friendly. 4) Perfect room size with all the amenities and a balcony. 5) Each floor has fast internet.
