Hoi An Four Seasons Villa

The location was excellent, but unfortunately, the front desk experience was very disappointing. The chubby woman at reception was consistently rude and unhelpful. During check-in, she made no effort to assist us and even seemed to try to skip the welcome drink and welcome fruit that were supposed to be included. At check-out, she was reluctant to help with our luggage and acted as though everything was a bother. Her attitude left a very negative impression and really brought down the overall experience.

A wonderful, quiet hotel in an excellent location, very well maintained, the staff and owner are pleasant and kind and attentive to every request and service. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay and they treated us to good wine.

The location, rooms and facilities were all amazing. The view over the rice paddies is breathtaking while you take a relaxing dip at the lovely swimming pool. But above all the friendly staff is what makes the difference. Special thanks to Lien for being extremely accommodating and helpful with us from day one till the end. She is a good English speaker too which is not always easy to come across and this helps when dealing with tourists!

Absolutely incredible location near the rice fields, if you want peace and quiet. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly.

Peaceful stay in the middle of the rice fields. I spent one night at Hoi An Four Seasons Villa and really enjoyed the quiet location. The room was clean and cozy, and the pool area is a highlight — private, relaxing, with a view over the rice paddies. They don’t have a full restaurant, just a small breakfast, which I didn’t try as I preferred to eat out. The host was warm, helpful, and spoke good English, which made things easy. Perfect for a calm retreat away from the tourist crowds.

This villa is located in the middle of the peaceful beautiful paddy fields, you can even walk along the small narrow paths between the fields to fly a kite or basically enjoy the authentic Vietnamese scenery My family paid a visit 3 years ago, and to be honest, we thought the interiors would be a bit old when we were considering which one to book for our trip. Surprisingly, everything is perfect with high quality furniture: 43-inch TV, clean swimming pool, comfortable beds... The hosts are super friendly, they welcomed us and always ready to support us during our trip.

Lovely little Hotel in private Hands. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast specially prepared on personal request. Affordable beverages cooled in a fridge. Garden is illuminated at night. Poolside is awesome - our children loved it. Nice landscape view from the pool to a large rice field. 20min walk to the old town of Hoi An which is one of the most beautiful old towns we have seen in Asia! Definitely a recommendation if you are around!

We enjoyed the location as its away from the crowds. A scooter is required to navigate Hoi An and this location is only 5 to 15 minutes away of everything. The staff is kind and friendly which really made our experience even better than expected.

Had an ok experience at this villa. The location is great. The hotel itself needs improvement. Front desk was friendly and tried to give us some recommendations but they were not good often leading us astray. Upon arrival, the helper lady opened the door for me which was nice but she let go and the door came swinging back and almost hit me in the face. Mind you this was a heavy door. If it wasnt for my quick reaction the door would have hit me and I would have needed medical attention most likely and that would have ruined my entire trip let alone the experience at this hotel. It would have been really bad. Completely unacceptable. You guys need to be more careful, the safety of your guests should be your #1 priority. Furthermore upon coming back to the room and inserting our card the electricity was not on and we had to get them to restart it. No big deal but its adding to the list. The actual room itself is antiquated and in need of repair/remodeling. The walls have scruff marks, the baseboard is coming off the wall, the "artwork" is super old and fading - it looks like its from the 80s - its that old. The mini refrigerator had black mold around it. The wood closet was old and had a bad smell to it. (See photos for more visual detail).
