Hoi An Emotion Villa

The location is a bit outside of the old town, but it's very easy to get into town. There are many good restaurants around the hotel at reasonable prices. The hotel is very nice with a great pool, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. A perfect hotel for a stay of several nights.

I didn't have enough hot water for 3 days and there was low water pressure. Nice place but without good shower needs to be avoided

Pay attention when you do your booking, the family room - without the 'with pool' mention - is right at the entrance of the hotel, which is by the road, so it was impossible to open the windows. It was quite noisy and the access to the restaurant and pool isn't super nice either, you had to walk across the motorbike parking. About the room : although spacious and generally comfortable, the toilets were systematically clogged, even though the staff was reactive and fast in fixing the issue, the clogging was back everyday, and this significantly stained our stay. Breakfast was just fine, nothing outstanding or very special. The only very good things are : great location, and very friendly staff.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this villa. We originally found it on Airbnb and then booked directly. We booked the Emotion Suite Room for two nights at the end of nov 2025. Good: - staff were really kind - free bike rental made it easy to get into town Bad: - strong mold/mildew smell in room - WiFi didn’t work the entire stay - AC constantly reset to 25 degrees even after lowering - odd rule of not being allowed to bring any food or drink into room, or you have to pay a fee - the bar was never serviced - on site construction and slightly run down

This hotel could be a wonderful location but has strongly been neglected. Gym has basic setup but no air conditioning, no water towels or anything to clean the equipment. Pool bar was there but rarely served. Room cleaning was only to change towels and clean beds but not even toilet paper waa delivered. Bike rental was complimentary but also poorly maintained bikes. Breakfast had very little to offer.

Loved staying here! Good location, not too close to old town so it is quite and a good range of restaurants to visit. The rooms were massive and overall a really relaxing environment. They were very kind and looked after our bags when we arrived early and even checked us in a bit early!

A Haven in Hoi An.. My recent stay with friends at Emotion Villa in Hoi An was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Their genuine politeness and calm which made us feel right at home. It's a truly superb place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle. The villa itself is designed to provide a chilling, peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool, surrounded by lush greenery and the tranquil sounds of the garden. The team goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, whether it's arranging a bike rental or giving you local tips. Their hospitality is top-notch, making my trip to Hoi An even more special. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing, and charming place to stay with staff who are genuinely kind and caring, I highly recommend Emotion Villa.

Great sized rooms. Lovely swimming pool Breakfast was very average. Swim up poolbar was never staffed entire time. Kitchen has absolutely nothing - no glasses nothing. WIFI doesn’t extend to rooms

Do not stay here! Atrocious service & false advertising. Hot water lasted for 3 minutes when showering and builders started making large amounts of noise at 7:20am. When I asked for this to be fixed they were extremely unhelpful and refused to help or move my room, stating no rooms were available - there were very few guests so there were definitely rooms available! After contacting the booking company to request assistance they moved me to a room where the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned and products not replaced since the last guest. The pool has also not been cleaned and the bar and restaurant were not open. We chose to check out early as the hotel refused to answer the phone or respond to emails from the booking company and would not assist us. Extremely disappointing when we booked due to the amenities and were expecting a relaxing stay.

Excellent location We always prefer to stay quiet area and this hotel was exactly the one we liked. Even it’s slightly away from busy area, access to centre was very good and we could borrow hotel bicycles every time. They prepared packed breakfast when we were leaving for a day tour in very early morning. We definitely want to come back!

After experiencing some noise issues on my first day, Miss Na kindly upgraded me to a beautiful room with the elevator. ​Waking up every morning to the peaceful view of the Thu Bon River from a 5-star room was a dream. I was also deeply impressed by the lush greenery; the swimming pool area feels like a botanical garden with its diverse trees and flowers. Highly recommend this place for its hospitality and natural beauty!
