The person at Reception was so good and helpful, they went out of their way to help me and drop me to pickup area when I missed my Shared transfer. All my queries were answered and my stay couldn't have been more comfortable. I paid very less for my bed in female dorm, the facilities are all modern and well maintained, washrooms were very good and clean and female dorm had attached washroom and shower. Lot of cupboard space as well. Water filter was available too! Location is brilliant, just rent a bicycle and reach the ancient town in under a minute. Even walking its less than 1km away.

Everything seemed clean but there was a strong smell inside the room all the time. Also the pool is empty and did not worked the time I was there. Internet connection also didn’t work in the position my bunk bed was. Besides that beds are comfortable and sheets are clean. Toilet is also nice.
My experience was not so good. I have very high expectations seeing the review but it was not upto the mark. We checkin quite late at night around 12:30am as our flight got delayed so being tired I used water bottle in my room and when I check out they charge me for water. It's not about paying but atleast two water bottles are given in every hotel as non chargeable at the same time room was full of bugs and mosquitos I complained at reception but there was no one available only security guard was there. Worst experience though location is good.
Very terrible experience at this place. The bedsheet had some small faded spots on them when I entered the room but I didn’t think too much. To my horror, the next morning I woke up with a dead bed bug that has blood oozing from it. Looking at the four bites I have on my arm, I am very sure it’s my blood. If you scroll down further there is a review mentioning menstrual blood on the bedsheets, so it’s not menstrual blood, it’s blood from the dead bed bugs. I am pretty sure a couple of dead bed bugs have appeared on this bed before. I am surprised none of the reviews on Google or agoda surfaced this issue even though I read through reviews on both platforms. Please don’t stay in this place AT ALL. They wash the bed sheets together so if some bed sheets have dead bed bugs on them, all are contaminated. I mentioned to the counter staff when I checked out that the bed has bed bugs but he pretended he didn’t hear me. I am sure they know this but they are pretending it doesn’t exist. The dorm room stinks and someone even placed a panty on the sink tap. What a night to remember. I have stayed at many hostels across the world, and this is a first time. I left the room early in the morning at 8am, and btw when I reached my next hotel at 1.30pm, 2 bed bugs hid in my long hair and it dropped on my hotel bed & that’s when I realised it hid in my hair….. most terrible experience ever please don’t stay here unless you want to bring bed bugs away with you to your next hotel (or back to your home)
Bedroom and bed are ok but the bathroom is a complete mess. It’s downstairs and always wet and dirty and there is only three toilets/showers for everyone. Even for a cheap place just makes the hole thing uncomfortable. Location is good. Staff is neutral, they barely speak with you. No fridge or kitchen and they have nothing to sell, so remember to buy water and stuff while in the street.
Romm was ok, slightly grubby can see where cleaning was missed, shower was good bed was comfy a 2nd pillow would have been nice, there was a few ants 🐜 but suppose thay can't be helped we were on very top floor. My main issues was we were charged for drinking 2 beers when I only had 1 not a big deal but maybe they should have a list of what should be in fridge, we brought out own stuff as its cheaper so this annoyed me but we paid it as I didn't want the hassle after security consistently insisted we drank 2. Location was good but on weekends you can hear the food sellers outside chatting or rather shouting until early hours in the morning just when that stopped you could hear all the cleaning trucks this seemed to be limited to weekend only tho lol, maybe I would stay again not sure as there are better value places
This hotel price is quite cheap. Staff are nice. The room size is quiet good but have a bad smell from the bathroom. The room not soundproof the car horn sound come from outside in the morning and afternoon also the waterpump from the front …
The bathrooms are disgusting and full of bugs. But most importantly, my bed (in the female dorm on ground floor) was infested by bedbugs. I woke up after the first night with around 40 bites all over my body. Because no other dormmates was suffering from bites and because I couldn’t find suspicious stains on the mattress, I figured naively they were mostiquo bites. On the third night around midnight, I finally saw 2 huge bedbugs on the curtain and one under my pillow. I left immediately but it is probably already too late now. I feel depressed. Usually, I would’t be too hard because bedbugs can happen in any hostel/hotel, even luxurious ones. But to have so many bites and to see not only one, but THREE bedbugs in only one night means that there is a serious infestation that has been going on for months without any action taken by the management. It is absoluetly shameful. AVOID THIS HOSTEL AT ALL COSTS. PS : had to review the hotel here to warn people because when I wanted to review it on Agoda (the platform I booked on), a « system error » happened even though it worked weirdly perfectly when i reviewed positively other hotels just after. That is so shady.
5-star reviews must be bots because the only good thing about this hotel was the location. The pool is not how it looks in the picture, it’s extremely dirty. The sofa was riddled with stains, same with the bed. There was also an awful strange chemical smell. Paid for a river view room but there was a tree right in front of my window so that was the view. We left a few hours later and went to a different hotel.
Only positive thing about this accommodation is the location. Terrible maintenance and very dirty rooms with stains on the walls , on the floor and ceiling. Mold everywhere. Insufficient cleaning especially in the bathroom. Cracked walls. Stained, old towels with hair on them. Wrong size and not ironed linens. Poor, Insufficient communication. We decided to leave but unfortunately we couldn't find an accommodation for the same day (it was new years eve). So we had to spend one night there. They accepted free cancelation via booking.com and then they denied giving us our money back. We paid in cash when we arrived. Totally a scam and nothing to do with the photos. We found a perfect accommodation for similar price. The problems we faces has nothing to do with the floods since we were at 3rd floor. It was just lack of interest and respect. Last but not least I got a dermatitis after sleeping there. The photos are just a sample of the bathroom.. didn't take photos of the rest of the room. In the end they offered a refund for one night. We haven't received it but we are talking with customer service of booking.com to request again what they already accepted. A full refund.
We stayed here for two nights and honestly, the location is so good! It’s just a short walk to Hoi An Old Town, which made everything super convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and the service was amazing. Every time we asked for something, they gave it to us right away. Really enjoyed our stay here! 😊
This is a cute little boutique hotel right on the canal. Super location to walk everywhere.||The staff are the sweetest and will help with anything. Breakfast is pre ordered but only prepared when you sit down, so fresh and delicious.||It’s …
