Hoi An Beach Resort

We have had a wonderful 8 day stay here and enjoyed it thoroughly. Lovely grounds, fabulous staff. Yummy breakfast. Highly recommend. It is 15 mins by taxi into the town centre however there is a shuttle bus provided 3x day to and from Hoi An town and taxi fare is under $5AU . I would come again.

Lovely plave in between De Vong River and Cua Dai beach. You can watch the sun set over the river and sunrise on the beach. Quieter area which we enjoyed. Met some lovely locals from walking on the beach and eating fresh seafood at their restaurants. They are very grateful for you patronage and business.

Good breakfast w cook to order pho and omelette. Rooms were relatively clean and spacious but could tell it was older. The hotel has a quite busy road between the hotel and beach so don’t expect to sit outside on the balcony and terrace, watching the ocean.

Had an amazing time staying here for almost a week! Was the off season so weather wasn't amazing but I loved the breakfasts every morning, the pools were great, worked out every morning in the gym, and they have a shuttle taking you to and from Hoi An town, but it's a super cheap grab anyway. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place to relax! Staff were also super helpful organising activities for us.

Loved it. Nice and peaceful. Great breakfast and lovely pools. Nice to stay away (10min grab ride) from the centre of Hoi an. Beach not great, but lie by the pool all day drinking cocktails and you’ll be happy as Larry!

Resort is designed like a traditional Vietnamese village, featuring low-rise buildings nestled in lush, manicured gardens. Its most distinctive feature is its location: the front of the resort faces the ocean, while the back overlooks the tranquil river. This creates a peaceful, secluded atmosphere away from the bustling city center. Rooms are big. Breakfast is decent. Free shuttle multiple times to city centre.

Resort seems to be fairly old but rooms are spacious and clean. Grounds are well maintained. Only negative is shower is quite small. Breakfast is included and has a good variety and is fresh. We ate dinner at the resort and enjoyed it. Located opposite Cua dia beach and free shuttle bus to town. Also small shops located close by. Pool areas and surrounds very nice (2 pools). I would stay here again but not in rainy season 😁

A bit far to Hoi An old town but ideal for people who wanna enjoy a beach holiday. Rooms are very spacious and staff is very attentive. They have a small beach club which you can enjoy as well. Gym and breakfast buffet can be improved but still gets the job done

The rooms, landscape and ambiance are just great. The location of the hotel is great, close to the beach and many restaurants. On the downside, the breakfast choices are the same every day. We never seen any personal test the pool water or clean the scum lines at the waters edge. Also the pool surroundings and concrete was never cleaned during our ten day stay.

We went straight here from the airport... Resort has lovely quiet clean Big rooms we chose to collapsed by the pool, chose of two. Once rested quick Grab into the old town, organized tailor for some clothes... and then headed to see lanterns, lovely.. and again quick Grab back to resort. Next morning, great buffet breakfast, talked to staff about a walk around the area... very helpful. We followed beach and road to nearby Lighthouse.. good exercise more than scenic. Beach at resort has been affected by erosion but still good, safe, and good loungers, shade and snacks/drinks.. cant complain. We just loved our stay so easy, friendly, and offered variety of ways to spend our time.

My recent stay at Hoi An Beach Resort was honestly such a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive - they even drove me to my room using a buggy, which felt both thoughtful and convenient. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely accommodating, and it really made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was spacious and super comfortable, the kind of space where you immediately feel at ease. They had several complimentary items available, though you do need to pay for them when you check out, so it’s something to keep in mind. Still, the overall comfort and cleanliness made it easy to settle in. Breakfast was one of the highlights for me. It was my first time in Vietnam, so the flavors were new and unique to my taste, but everything I tried was delicious. Having breakfast with a view of the lake made the experience even better - the scenery was refreshing and calming, especially in the morning. I also appreciated how consistently they cleaned my room. Fresh towels, a neatly made bed, everything reset perfectly each time I returned. It’s a small detail, but it really adds to the feeling of being taken care of. And the sweetest part? They surprised me with a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the whole trip feel even more special. Overall, Hoi An Beach Resort has been the best hotel experience I’ve had so far - great service, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and little touches that make you feel valued.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hoi an Beach Resort. They are perfectly located with a quiet beach front and two beautiful pools overlooking the river. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They have complimentary bikes which you can take to Hoi an and around the nearby rice paddies. The free breakfast is delicious and the fruit selection is divine! We felt like this was a perfect way to experience the Hoi An area with some relaxing beach time and a quick 10 minute drive into town! Highly recommend staying here.
