Hilton Da Nang

The Hilton was a great start to our honeymoon! The staff were extremely helpful, especially the concierge service team who helped to book restaurants and spa appointments as well as organise our laundry. The service is really next level and we appreciate how friendly and kind the staff are. We did have issues with a lack of hot water for showers during certain parts of the day but the rooms were clean and modern. Our favourite part of the stay was the breakfast buffet! The 3 layer vietnamese iced coffee is so good, I had at least 2 every morning. They also have pho available made fresh as well as a rotating menu of other Vietnamese noodle soups. There was so much variety and the staff always try to accomodate your preferences for example cutting fresh dragon fruit even if it wasn’t on offer that day. Location is convenient for our favourite spas and shopping with a mini mart nearby for snacks/drinks. We would certainly consider returning to the Hilton for future vacations!

Great 2 night stay and received room upgrades as a Hilton Honors member. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Good hotel buffet breakfast and happy hour in the executive lounge was also great. Easy location to get a grab to the beach or walk around the river. Our porter when leaving gave us some good recommendations for local food to try as well.

This is a fantastic hotel. At every step of the process the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are quite comfortable. You are given slippers and bathrobes. Lovely views of the Han River. The heated outdoor pool is so relaxing and you have views at night of many beautifully lit buildings. Then there are the breakfasts. Wow! So many delicious foods,plus specialty coffees, teas, and chocolates made to order. Kudos to Executive Chef Lan on amazing flavors. All in all, this is a fabulous place to stay in Da Nang.

I was satisfied with the hotel facilities and the distance from Da Nang city center. The front desk and cleaning staff were nice. The last one was that it took me about 40 minutes to check out. I came down at 11:50 and gave you the room key, and I sat in the lobby and waited, but there was nothing to talk about, so I asked when the check-out time would be. I was told that I was not very busy because I was checking the room, so I would wait one more time, but I waited for about 20 more minutes after that. I asked again and they said I could go without any checks. I was satisfied with the hotel facilities for the whole 3 nights and 4 days, but I thought that the customers who went didn't care much because the finish was not clean.

I stayed in a 2-Bedroom Presidential Suite with two other adults. The living area features massive windows with a stunning night view of the Da Nang riverfront. There’s a sofa right along the window, making it a perfect, airy spot to enjoy drinks in the room. The suite is incredibly spacious—even when friends staying in other rooms visited, there was more than enough room. It’s a great hub for group trips. While it might not be the most high-end hotel in the group, it’s very affordable and conveniently located. Since it's a well-known landmark, ride-hailing pickups and drop-offs are always seamless. Club floor guests get lounge access with a great selection of drinks and snacks, offering excellent value for money. Staff are friendly, though the elevators can get a bit crowded during peak season.

I stayed at Hilton Da Nang for five nights and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Received a beautiful upgrade to a suite, which immediately set the tone for a very comfortable stay. The Executive Lounge is truly excellent and easily one of the highlights of the hotel. A special thank you to Thy and Oanh for their warm hospitality. Absolute stars, and if I were single… let’s just say they made every visit to the lounge even better 😉 Breakfast on the second floor can get quite busy, but the lounge breakfast is a perfect escape. Calm, high quality and a great way to start the day. Overall, a fantastic stay. I’ll be back again next month without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Employees here have almost no sense of service. They show no consideration for guests at all and do not help carry luggage in any way. In Vietnam, even cheap hotels often have staff who willingly help guests carry their bags. However, this hotel—despite charging outrageously high prices in a country whose main attraction is its low cost—provides none of the basic services that are considered normal in Vietnam. The number of foreigners visiting Vietnam has been increasing, but I believe the main reasons are simply that Vietnam is extremely cheap and that, for some foreigners, the chaotic and disorderly atmosphere of the country feels fresh and interesting. From what I have seen in other reviews, the staff here also seem determined not to carry guests’ luggage. Or perhaps they selectively help only those guests who look likely to give them a tip. Even fans of Hilton hotels should avoid this particular Hilton. Vietnam is well known for taxi drivers and street vendors charging foreigners outrageously inflated prices—often several times the normal rate. I have personally experienced being overcharged by taxi and cyclo drivers and paying far more than I should have, being forced to buy goods at inflated prices, and even being charged an unreasonable amount at a barbershop. However, I never imagined that I would be overcharged at a Hilton hotel in Vietnam. Incidentally, taxi drivers and street vendors who overcharge foreigners are often unnaturally friendly and smiling and say thank you more often (This is a good sign to spot a potential rip-off). In contrast, the staff at this Hilton hotel do not even smile. This Hilton certainly does not provide service that is worth the money.

We just arrived at the Hilton Da Nang and me and and my family are greeted personaly as loyal Hilton Honors Members. The front desk team guided us for a private check in at the Executive Lounge to enjoy the full service right at the begin. Special thanks for Ms Emma and Thy for the exceptional service and assistance to make our stay wonderful. Rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. This hotel is absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated an outstanding level of hospitality—friendly, attentive, and consistently willing to assist. The property is immaculate, and the location along the Han River is both beautiful and convenient. The breakfast buffet is truly outstanding, offering an impressive variety and excellent quality. What sets this hotel apart is the genuine care shown to its guests. The team goes above and beyond to ensure comfort at every moment. Throughout my stay, staff members frequently checked in to see if I needed anything, creating a welcoming and seamless experience. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Special recognition goes to the manager for running such a well-organized and professional operation—an outstanding job all around. I would also like to commend Tri and Hoa, who were absolutely exceptional while I was dining in the restaurant. They provided remarkable service, assisting me throughout my visit with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Their dedication did not go unnoticed, and they are truly an asset to the hotel. They deserve high praise and recognition for their excellent work.

Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The reception speaks good English and able to communicate very well with us. Although the hotel is facing the main road, it is not noisy at all. Walking distance to many restaurants, spas & massage …

Beautiful rooms and one of the best-equipped hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. The pool area was very clean and well maintained. The room service was exceptional and the staff were consistently friendly throughout my stay. The lounge has a great view and a lovely evening reception. Breakfast offered a huge variety of options, and the pho was especially delicious. A big plus is the free scooter parking. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!
