Unacceptable Service – Left Waiting for Over 3 Hours Despite Booking I had a terrible experience at Hanami Hotel in Da Nang. Even though I had already booked my room in advance, I was left waiting for more than 3 hours to check in. The staff gave no clear explanation, no apology, and showed zero sense of responsibility. It was incredibly frustrating, especially after a long journey. This kind of service is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer good hospitality. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here — the management clearly doesn’t care about guests’ time or comfort.

Very good hotel. Allow check in early so can relax faster. Thanks and will book again next trip.
Still false advertising 3 months after admitting their error and promising a customer they would fix it as seen in this screenshot of another persons review. I had the exact same issue after I gave them a chance. They are still just scammy and dishonest, and they clearly hire dishonest hotel staff judging from other reviews. Our fault for not looking at the clear signs of fake positive reviews. Compare review count to the other much larger and much more popular hotels in the area. Not likely. Save yourself the disappointment and do not support people and businesses like this. There are better people and hotels all around.
I liked the room very much. Comfy and good service. Has many nearby spots. All the amenities were function. Thanks Hanami
Hello there , don't trust all this rewiews from fake accounts I stayed there and I wish I don't Hotel is pretty old , just renewed It's the first hotel in da nang where is mosquitos constantly in your room no matter how much I killed Mold in the wals and all the walls was made out of some sort of plastic in my room Bathroom having huge gaps all around and too small so all the bathroom getting wet if you want to take a shower Curtains are stinky and dirty Staff are ok btw Giving this a 1 star and not 2 stars mostly because of the fake reviews
"Just spent an amazing 3 nights at this hotel! The rooms were super clean and comfy, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was on point. Location was perfect too, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!" 👍🏨
The receptions lie a lot. The manager don’t take anything serious and they never clean the rooms properly, they just change the towels and make the bed. I stayed here 2 months and they treated me not good. It’s impossible to sleep, they start construction work at 6 am every day and they lied to me saying it would take just 2 days, but it has been 2 months and they still do every single morning. It’s a shame that they didn’t even warn about this when checked in or apologize for it, in fact, they take absolutely no care about the guests. Every public area is really dirty. Receptionists don’t care about anything you tell them and they actually laugh at you if you ask for something or complain about something.
Had a few issues. One being in the photos it was advertised as them having a pool, its under construction. Then when we walked into the room it smelled like dog, ive had dogs before so I got over the smell quickly, but the second problem which was the worst one was how stinky and smelly the bed was, like the smell is indescribable. The smell was there the whole stay (a week) and laying in it i definitely think the smell was on my clothes so that was annoying. It was unbearable, it kept me up at night, like i would roll in my sleep and wake up immediately from the smell its insane. The staff were friendly and so were the housekeepers, they left water bottles, towels, toilet paper in a bag on the door handle everyday.
The price was very reasonable and the room was comfortable. The girls at the front desk were all so cute and very kind. I also really appreciated the free bottled water they left on my door handle every day. It made my stay very easy and pleasant.
I stayed for more than 2 months in Hanami together with my gf in room 506. The hotel is perfectly located, in the middle of the touristic neighborhood. Walking distance to everything you need (beach, stores, market, bars, (vegan/chay) restaurants, gym, wellness, massage etc. But I personally recommended to have a (small) motorbike to explore more of the city (unless you don't mind relying on Grab for every ride). Further more: BIG love to the amazing reception people and the cleaning team. Everyone is very friendly and they really did their best to make us feel at home. Other things we liked: amaaazing mattress, strong wifi, Netflix-friendly TV, spacious room, bath, easy bike parking in front of the hotel, fast elevator, green view, plenty of storage space... and whenever we needed something (for example 2 extra pillows), there was no problem. Overall great value for money. Thank you for hosting us! ❤️
It’s clean and simple, offer services, great location. I did get my white clothes stained pink from their laundry and they expected me to pay as usual even when I showed them the damage they have done. I didn’t want to make a big fuss over it, just not worth it, but it is not good customer service in my opinion to take full price as if the job was done well. it actually made me pretty disappointed and screwed my clothes. Any way, I would not let them launder anything you care about. Other than that, nice.
I stayed at a beachside hotel in Da Nang last week, and it was such a pleasant experience. The location is perfect — just a 3-minute walk to My Khe Beach. The room was clean, bright, and had a great ocean view. What I loved most was the friendly staff; they were always willing to help and recommended great local food spots. If you want a relaxing stay near the beach, this place is a great choice.
