We really loved staying here - it ticked all our boxes 😍 Balcony, hot water, big/dry room and quiet. Oh and the price speaks for itself 😃 The family were sooo sweet and helpful. The local life around here was authentic and not much traffic. Loads of great restaurants as well and under 5 minutes walk to old town and 1 minute walk to night market.

Our experience staying here was fantastic. The Owner was amazing and extremely helpful. This arranged a car from the airport and to drive us to Hue. The location is only 2 blocks from the crazy (every evening ) river facing road but was very quiet and calm.

Firstly: the location is excellent. This homestay is definitely ideal for an easy location to the night market and old town. It’s easy walking distance to everything you need, with little shops selling water and snacks within a minute walk …

What a fantastic home stay! Right from checking in you are warmly welcomed and taken to your room shown how everything works and then from its location everything is walkable. We couldn’t have asked for a better position

Perfectly located down a quaint and quiet street just a minute walk from the main Hoi An action. The staff here are very friendly and will do anything to make your stay memorable. The rooms are very modern and clean with quality fixtures. The included breakfast is excellent. This place is great for families, like mine! I'd give 6 stars if I could.

So clean. Big beds and spacious rooms. Nice bathrooms. I loved biking in the morning, the bikes are very nice.

My stay here was fantastic! The family looks after guests very well and the location near market, restaurants and amenities is incredibly convenient. Despite its proximity to the city center, the place maintains a serene atmosphere. Adding to that, they offer bicycles for free throughout your stay. I will definitely return whenever I visit Hoi An 🤠♥️

This was our second time staying at this Homestay in Hoi An, and it was just as wonderful as the first! It’s located on a very quiet street, yet still just a short walk to the Old Town, perfect for exploring without the noise. The whole family who runs the homestay are so friendly and welcoming, always there when we needed anything. Our room was extremely clean and cleaned regularly. We also loved having free bicycles available to get around. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back again!

One of our favourite stays in Vietnam so far. The rooms are super clean and spacious, it’s in a quiet location near to everything and the whole family that runs it is lovely. They helped arrange all our pickups, motorbike rental and advice on activities.

Truly kind people – the kind you rarely meet these days. The owner is very friendly, speaks excellent English, and is full of great tips and recommendations for the area. The room is clean, beautiful, and spacious, with a balcony, refrigerator, TV, electric kettle, and a comfortable shower. They also provide bicycles and are always happy to help and give guidance for trips and activities nearby. Perfect stay! Good locations and price. Laundry service and shuttle. Highly recommended.
