HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa

The service has been extremely wonderful here at the hotel. Immediately when I entered, there was somebody who greeted me and took my bags and checked me in right away. They were polite in letting me know that it was too early and thus had to wait for a little bit. There were construction next-door so they handed us drink tickets and apologize incessantly. The food on the third floor has been exquisite. I came back to eat twice, even though I had many other options that are cheaper outside. The view in the restaurant is also magnificent and again very attentive. Generally, the staff would leave you alone unless you call for them. I do think that they have quality hygiene here since I have been able to eat the vegetables without any problems. In comparison when I was staying at a five star hotel in Mumbai, I have food poisoning. That to say, I love coming to Vietnam, and this was a great experience for me in Da Nang The spa was more expensive here compared to what you could get in the local town however they try to accommodate by giving you discounts and also a smoothie, a soup, and some light refreshments like fruits after your massage. For me massage and a facial a must anytime I travel long distance, so I genuinely felt that the level of pressure and quality of the massage was also very good here. There is a soaking tub as well as shower that you could use. I wasn’t clear on the instructions so I didn’t actually use it. One “con” is that there is not enough elevators and you have to wait a little bit in order for you to get a ride.

I was looking for a beachfront hotel for our baby and family. Haian Beach Hotel & Spa fit all the criterias and exceeded my expectation. Service was exceptional everywhere you went in the hotel. You were always greeted by the friendly staff. Buffet was next level, fresh pho and soups station, congee, they even have a bibimbap station for their Korean guest. Dedicated kids play room. Great rooftop pool and amazing views. They have a stylish rooftop bar, perfect spot to watch the sunset with the tinted glass. If you need to go to Hoi An or Bana Hills, they have in house drivers. Airport pick up. Beach towels at the front desk. Decent Gym. I would come back again in a heart beat.

She was incredibly helpful — when we encountered an issue, she addressed it immediately and provided a solution that fully met our needs. Her professionalism and efficiency truly made our stay stress-free. The room was spacious, clean and very suitable for families with kids. The location is also strategic, convenient to move around and perfect for those travelling with children. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and will definitely return. Room was comfortable and clean, we upgraded the first night to an ocean view room which was bigger and slightly nicer than the room we had the second night, except that it only had a tub which we didn’t mind, but the tub leaked… other than that no complaints about the rooms. The restaurant has good food and a really nice Vietnamese vibe, nothing high end but good quality for the money. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard maybe slightly better than some. Haian Beach Hotel & Spa in Da Nang is a beautiful beachfront gem with a stunning lobby, perfect location, infinity pool kids adored, excellent breakfast spreads, and amazingly attentive staff—everything within 5 minutes' walk, delivering top service that makes us eager to return. Positives The lobby impresses with its beautiful design and ample sitting spaces, creating a welcoming vibe from the start. Staff were outstanding—always attentive, greeting us every time we passed, and constantly checking on our needs to ensure the best experience for our family of four (kids aged 6 and 9). Location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby, the beautiful beach right in front, and the top-floor infinity pool a hit that the kids loved every minute of. Standout Service Breakfast offered a great spread of Western, Vietnamese, and Indian options, well-attended in the restaurant without any fuss. Afternoon tea from 2-4 PM had a solid selection too. Hotel surprised us with a luxury vehicle drop-off to the airport—unexpected and appreciated. Service overall stayed true to its high rating, making us want to come back again. Conclusion A beautiful place with nice location, amazing breakfast, great pool, and service that exceeds expectations—we'd happily stay here again.

Excellent Location, Service is Incredible from the pick up to reception flawless, Rooms are comfortable, bed is big and nice, breakfast buffet is wow! So many options and everything was delicious, honestly better than outside restaurant or street food! Pool view wow and 5 steps from the beach its an Great Choice… Cons: I dont know if its Vietnam of the hotel but I was on floor 11 and I could here every noise from the street, the cars beeping, the man who sells Bao from a speaker, screaming and shoutings, and music. Made it hard to sleep comfortably

Amazing experience at Haian Beach Hotel. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. During my check in, they served me tea and explained everything about the hotel, they even apologized for the noise of the construction beside the hotel which was no issue for me and I slept completely fine. Tiffany at the reception desk was amazing. Also I will note that the Food & Beverage staff were very accommodating to me. I am Celiac and had trouble finding something the eat at the Breakfast (which was an amazing spread). Although I was perfectly fine buying Greek Yogurt for myself to eat with fruit and some hard boiled eggs, The Guest Relation Officer, Eiri, quickly noticed and I told her about my dietary restrictions and that I was okay to make it work on my own. Later that day she messaged me on WhatsApp making sure that I was satisfied with my stay and to message her if I needed anything. Later on during my stay, the Food & Beverage Manager, Tram Nguyen, put extra care into making sure my food was Gluten Free when I ordered room service. Overall I had such a wonderful stay. The room was clean, the roof top pool was great with a bar, and even after checking out, they held my luggage until I was ready to continue my travel.

I cannot say enough good things about HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible stay. Eiri was especially amazing and checked in on us a few times via WhatsApp, which made everything feel so thoughtful and personal. The rooftop infinity pool is absolutely stunning, and I loved that there is a dedicated play area for babies. It made traveling with a little one feel so much easier. The breakfast buffet was honestly next level. Everything was delicious, and I especially loved the fresh noodle soup station where they make it right in front of you. The variety was excellent and it made feeding my baby stress free. The hotel is extremely clean and I genuinely felt safe giving my baby the food there. The rooms are very spacious and I highly recommend asking for an ocean view. The bathroom was large, and our room also had a separate lounge area with a sofa, which was perfect for relaxing once the baby was asleep. On top of all that, I accidentally forgot my daughter’s shoes after checking out. Eiri was so incredibly sweet and went out of her way to ship them to my next hotel and made sure I received them safely. That level of care is rare and meant so much to us. If you are traveling to Da Nang, especially with a baby, this hotel is an absolute must stay.

Nice hotel right on the beach front. Building work on both sides, so can be a bit noisy during the day. Roof top pool was amazing to lie by all day. Breakfast’s were a bit frenetic and the coffee (a staple!) was the worst. Recommend popping to Starbucks next door! We would stay there again though as the location was great and price was good.

The hotel is placed perfectly across the beach (actual beach access) at the beginning of the road. All the major restaurants are nearby. Very good rooms, slightly old but well kept. The rooms and common areas can use some renovation. But nonetheless very good value for money. The location makes is perfectly placed to go to My Khe Beach right across or the city as well. One of the most memorable stays in Vietnam.

I stayed here for 7 nights with the express objective of doing absolutely nothing, to just chill and enjoy the sun. And Haian turned out to be the perfect choice. First, the location is probably the best in all of Da Nang, across the street to the east is the main beach (several kms in length); behind, to the west, is easy access to the main town center chock-full of great cafes, restaurants, and shopping (literally minutes away). Second, the staff members are all very helpful, professional, and friendly. Third, awesome breakfast buffet with a wide and fresh selection of western and Asian options. Fourth, my room was great (awesome a/c and shower). I have already planned to return to Da Nang next winter and most definitely will stay at the Haian again.
