The hotel is close to everywhere we go, the breakfast is delicious, all staff also very helpful to us

We stayed here for five nights and we loved our stay. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The shower was very powerful and no issues with hot water. The breakfast included is buffet style but you can request fresh eggs and pancakes. Which we enjoyed every morning. The staff are very welcoming and kind saying hello when we leave and come back. The location is in town but not directly in old town, which is preferred as old town stays busy all day and very touristy so staying a 15 minute walk out was ideal for us. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff at Green Apple Hotel are kind people who are always willing to help you with everything you need. Hai was very cool and made the best breakfasts.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They ordered a scooter for us to use to drive to An Bang beach. The location is walking distance to Ancient Town (good exercise!). They also have a nice pool, refreshing breakfast and comfortable rooms. Value for money! Would highly recommend.

In short. You get what you pay for, don't go expecting a very high standard of service standards or breakfast choices. It's the same old stuff daily. Language is barrier even with translation. Another point to take note, is that they don't even have Credit card payment options. We were told to pay for tours using hard cash, which is not an ideal option, especially if you plan to use cash ONLY for souvenirs, food, shopping at stalls or shops that use only cash.

This is one of the cleanest hotels that had good reviews and lived up to the cleanliness .. staff was very friendly and helpful , always served with a smile .. in a quiet street but close enough to the old town . Breakfast buffet was enough and had variety ..

Great location for quiet 15 min walking distance to ancient town centre. Staff were very helpful in everything and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and very reasonable. Buffet breakfast has good range of options and generous. Would def go back there.

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast, close to old town, just a few minutes walk. They also lend you bicycles for free which we took, the experience was great. The staff was friendly as well, they booked for us 2 daily trips and even ride to airport which was cheaper than Grab. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing hotel. As soon as we arrived the staff were amazing and ran us through all we need to know about the area which is going the extra step for us as customers. Location is great, away from the centre with only a 3-4 min grab which is more than ideal. Definitely would recommend, deserves to be higher than 3 star.

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN HOI AN, you’ll get the luxury comfort of a five star hotel at a very affordable price. Clean and modern interior, IG worthy views, clean and relaxing pool, delicious breakfast buffet, very accommodating staff and the owner itself will make sure that you’ll have the best stay in their hotel. Definitely will stay on the same hotel when I visit Hoi An again.

Our large group stayed for one night and got a good night's sleep. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and the neighborhood is quiet. The front desk staff were friendly, start to finish, and were responsive to our requests. The breakfast was very good. It's a bit of a walk to the Old Town area, but only a 10 minute electric cart ride.

Had a great stay here! The location is great - located in a nice, clean and quiet neighborhood, between the old town and the rice fields, 10 min walk each way. Shared spaces are very clean and there’s a lovely outdoor terrace area near the pool with many really well-maintained plants (great for breakfast moments and/or waiting times). The room is also very clean, the bed is western style - comfortable, soft and long size, and shower has really good water pressure. Breakfast has everything one may need - bakery is fresh and tasty (croissants, bread, sweet pastry and pancakes made on the moment), fruits and salads, selection of hot food such as fried rice, noodles, sausages, bacon, etc., drinks and iogurte, and someone cooking your eggs as you like them :) One of the best things is the staff: receptionists are lovely and have tons of valued recommendations and tours; security guards are super friendly and helpful all the time; cleaning team is fast and efficient and the owner is a very attentive and friendly person that welcomes and checks on you during breakfast time. We would totally come back and can only recommend anyone staying here.
