An absolute gem. The hotel is recent and kept very clean, it has a nice style and the rooms are spacious and the bed very comfortable. Location is convenient to reach both the beach and the old city (free shuttle is available for both destinations, the driver Koi is a fun guy). Breakfast is among the best I ever had in a hotel. The choice is simply incredible, from local to Asian to Western... There's something for anybody. The spa is also worth a visit, very nice massages. On top of this, and I'll put this as the highlight of the hotel, is the staff. Customer care at its absolute best, we Europeans could learn a thing or two from these guys, in terms of hospitality. They really make you feel welcomed. I want to mention Kathy (who helped us with all the day trips during the challenging and busy Tet days) and Ame for their incredible kindness and warmth. They made our stay in Hoi An feel very special. If I'll ever get back to Hoi An, I'll be definitely booking at the Grand Sunrise Palace again.

This was truly a wonderful stay. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and welcoming. We especially want to thank Jessi for her exceptional service. She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and caring throughout our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Whether it was assisting with check-in, answering our questions patiently, or making sure we had everything we needed, she went above and beyond. It’s rare to meet someone so warm and professional at the same time. Jessi’s kindness really made a difference in our experience, and we are truly grateful for her help from start to finish.
