Grand Signature has a very convenient location, just about 2 km from the Old Town, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The resort is new, so all the facilities and equipment are modern, clean, and well-maintained. Everything feels fresh and thoughtfully designed. What truly stands out is the staff — they are warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and definitely a place worth coming back to.

- A new “child” by M Village. Overall, the campus is very spacious, with fairly private sections and beautiful landscaping. The staff are friendly and very supportive. The breakfast is diverse with plenty of options, which is definitely a highlight as M Village continues to establish a new standard (perhaps for the Signature line and especially with this resort-style property in Hoian).
Real hidden oasis in Hoi An centre. Beautiful and unique style resort, friendly and attentive service, and an atmosphere that makes you instantly relax. It was more than just a stay, I really felt like a memorable experience. Would definitely come back. Thanks team.
The property is so charming, perfectly located in a peaceful neighborhood but close enough to walk to the old town. Breakfast has wide ranges of choices. I love staying here. The staffs are the most helpful and friendly. Already look forward to coming back again.
I stayed at Grand Signature Hoi An Resort for two nights. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town area. The property is truly beautiful, with plenty of greenery. The rooms are new, quiet, and spacious. A great choice when visiting Hoi An.
What words can truly capture a hotel that feels like a serene sanctuary from the chaos of Hoi An, yet sits only a few minutes’ walk from the Ancient Town? It sounds almost contradictory to combine a sprawling, indulgent resort experience with such close proximity to the very heart of the city, and yet this resort delivers on both effortlessly. The hotel opened at the beginning of this month, which explains the limited number of reviews so far. What is immediately evident, however, is that this is a brand-new hotel in the best possible sense. Everything feels pristine, polished, and thoughtfully designed. There is a freshness in the air, with immaculate rooms, spotless public areas, and facilities that still shine with novelty. The staff go far beyond simply being attentive. They anticipate needs, respond generously to every request, and genuinely elevate the entire experience with their warmth and initiative. The swimming pools are absolutely stunning, and the availability of pickleball is a fantastic and unexpected bonus. My room felt less like a standard hotel room and more like a private apartment, home away from home. It was exceptionally spacious, with two balconies, a luxurious bathtub alongside a separate shower, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, and a true sense of complete privacy. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and hot water was abundant at all times, small details that make a significant difference. Breakfast is impressively abundant, offering both local Vietnamese delicacies and a wide range of international options, ensuring that every guest finds something to suit their taste. The public areas look almost like architectural renderings because they are that beautiful. Everything is meticulously arranged and impeccably clean, with lush greenery that creates the atmosphere of a genuine retreat for the soul. The hotel even features its own art gallery, complimentary bicycles that I used to ride to the vegetable village and the beach, and an on-site silk farm, all adding layers of cultural richness to the stay. If you have ever wanted to feel like a character in The White Lotus, this is probably the hotel for you.
I went here with my family and was surprised by how spacious the resort is. It has a prime location, just about 5 minutes from the Ancient Town. The room is large, fully equipped and decorated in an elegant French style. The area is surrounded by greenery makes it cool even in the summer. The scenery is beautiful, with 3 swimming pools, and the breakfast area is also very spacious. It’s relaxing to walk around the resort among old trees and lovely landscaping. The atmosphere is quiet, and the architecture is very charming. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I had the most amazing stay at Grand Signature by M Resort Hoi An. The staff were exceptional -so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful and spacious with such a nice design, and the property itself felt magical to walk through. The pool was also stunning. The location of the hotel is just outside of the ancient town, so it was the perfect place to escape the noise and busy streets. One thing you absolutely can’t skip is the silk tour they offer on-site. It’s a fascinating look into a craft and get a walk through of the entire journey from start to finish - including a really cool trick on how to spot the difference between real and synthetic silk. It was one of the most unique and memorable parts of my entire Vietnam trip! Highly recommend this hotel!
