Great modern apartments. Really good location in An Thuong Area close to many cafes, restaurants, eateries especially for travellers. Friendliest owners who do everything you ask for you and even more! Can only recommend.

This is the best area to stay in My Khe, and the building is brand new. Absolutely a great value, and great local food and shops within walking distance!

I highly recommend Goldland Residences! I lived here for a few months and it was the best experience I had with a landlord in 5 years in Vietnam. Quyen and her husband were very accommodating, they always made sure that i had everything that I needed. If anything was broken, it was fixed immediately. The apartment itself is modern, nicely decorated, and equip with new and high quality appliances. I high recommend to anyone looking for a place to live in a friendly neighborhood!

Very nice apartments! We live here already for 6 months: area is quite, no ants or cockroaches in apartments, very clean and bright. The walls don’t get wet after the rain. Landlord is very polite and you will get everything what you need for your stay.

Great place to stay with many restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. The landlord is very responsive and friendly. It's also quieter than many areas nearby. Would rent here again if given the opportunity.
