Excellent Stay and Exceptional Service! We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Lena and everyone, went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and memorable. From the warm hospitality to the thoughtful touches like preparing breakfast for us early in the morning before our checkout — everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the service was truly outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and genuine care. Thank you once again to Lena and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Breakfast was decent for vegetarians, the staff were super helpful, and the beach was just a short walk away with plenty of nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner, including vegetarian and vegan options. I loved that I could hear the waves from my room if I opened the windows, that was definitely the highlight. The place was super clean, comfy, and the hospitality was wonderful. Special shoutout to the lady at reception who panicked thinking I’d miss my flight, you were so sweet! Thank you for even speaking with my Grab rider to help him find the place, I really appreciated it. I originally picked this hotel because it said it had a balcony. Technically, it does, but it’s more of a tiny ledge you can’t actually step out on, probably just an inch or two long. It felt a bit misleading, but since it was mostly raining while I was there, it didn’t make much difference. If you’re looking for a proper balcony, this isn’t the room for you.

Loved my stay here! I needed a couple of nights in a peaceful place after a long travel and this was perfect. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had lots of delicious options. I liked the touch with free afternoon tea. I ordered room service and the food was nice. The staff was fantastic! Would love to stay here again!

I recently stayed at Golden Lotus Hotel Da Nang and overall had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and tidy, with fresh linens and a well-maintained bathroom — just the kind of comfort you want after a long travel day. The staff were courteous and helpful, from check-in through check-out, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. The hotel’s location was very convenient — it was easy to access nearby restaurants, local markets, and tourist spots, which helped us explore the city without worrying about long commutes. The price felt reasonable for the amenities, cleanliness and convenience offered. If I were to pick a downside: it would be that early mornings there was some noise from outside traffic (so if you’re a light sleeper, perhaps ask for a higher floor or a room away from the street). ✅ Would I recommend this hotel? Yes — I recommend Golden Lotus Hotel to travelers looking for a dependable, clean, and well-located stay in Da Nang. I’d happily book again on my next visit.

Highly recommended!! Originally, we planned to stay only two nights, but we extended our stay twice and ended up staying for six nights. What we really appreciated were the always very clean rooms (we stayed in room 1001 on the 10th floor). The staff were especially kind and welcoming. At the breakfast buffet, there is something for every type of diet - truly a very wide selection. In the afternoon, there was also an included “afternoon tea” at the pool bar on the top floor. Due to time constraints, we only used it once, but it included tea with fruit and cake. We were able to enjoy our time in Da Nang so much because the hotel was perfect.

We stayed for three nights and came back for a few more nights after visiting Hoi An. The breakfast is a buffet style and has mostly Vietnamese food which tastes amazing and is great quality. The rooms are also super clean and they give you complimentary toiletries, plus tea and coffee. The beds are comfortable, just slightly firmer than Western mattresses, and they have good AC!!! The room has a safe and mini fridge, and a full bathroom. Plus beds. The outlets work for our hair straightener which we brought from Canada so you don’t need to worry about an adaptor. They also have free wifi! The location has a few restaurants around it but mostly spas.

I had a great stay at the Golden Lotus Hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and multilingual, with both English and Korean spoken comfortably. One of the highlights is the sky bar with an outdoor pool overlooking the beach. Drinks were inexpensive and they offer a long happy hour from 8 AM to 9:30 PM with great deals like buy two, get one free mango smoothies. They also serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including tea and coffee. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast—no issues at all. There’s also a convenient 24/7 mart right on-site stocked with essentials, which was super handy. Overall, Golden Lotus Hotel offers great value, great service, and a really enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back.

We stayed for 2 nights, 3 days. We visited Ba Na Hills & Hoi An and other surrounds while in Da Nang. The location of the hotel was very convenient for us to be picked up by all the tours we booked. The beach is a short stroll, you can go at night, morning to catch sunrise/ sunset. It's a sunrise beach. The breakfast spread was very good and fresh with standard and traditional local cuisine for anyone to try and explore. We had booked a Standard Twin bed, clean and spacious for 2 people. Room service was prompt and good. Overall a good experience with the stay and staff was great!

I have been checked into this hotel one day, and do I wish I listed to the "warning" reviews. I have never stayed at a hotel, which seems to have such a clear bait and switch approach. I booked a 2 bedroom executive suite and this is to very small rooms with a door, no sitting space or other, the "ocean view" is a sliver of ocean looking through the back of a sign, and the pool, which I thought would be a beautiful place to spend time is mostly covered by an overhang. On the site that I booked this hotel on it promotes largely free airport shuttle. I just went to schedule and was told, sorry your room doesn't have that. (A 2 bedroom suite booking). I have no idea how this hotel has this many stars, other than it's been open a very long time. Very disappointed with this experience.

I travelled here with my brother and his wife and we stayed at Golden Lotus. The customer service waa great. Trang, the front of staff, was very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it was close to the beach. Our room was nice and spacious. The breakfast had an enormous amount of choices, both western and Vietnamese cuisine as well. It is a recommended hotel to stay in Danang.

Absolutely delightful hotel. Would definitely recommend! From arrival to departure, service was impeccable. Very warm and welcoming staff. One guy even accompanied us from the lobby all the way up to the Skybar on our first day (we got confused as we were on building 2). There are 2 bldgs, but no worries, they’re conveniently connected. Breakfast option was plentiful. There’s something for everyone. Included in your stay is daily afternoon tea as well. Cupcakes, fruits, etc. We only got to enjoy this on the day we arrived because we did some tours. Location was very ideal. It’s just one hop away from the beach, on a quiet street, with little foot traffic, plenty of restaurants nearby. They also have their own tiny cafe/bar right outside the hotel. The rooms are big! There were 3 of us, and we had plenty of space for everything. This is a fantastic hotel and I would stay here again if/when I visit Danang again.
