The room is very nice and the food is many, but there's too much vegetables and i didnt like the coffee much. I'm not really fond of vegetables so-..but aside from that, its very cool here(I rly like the decorations they have too, its somewht soothing for me).

The staff were friendly and well-located. I was able to enjoy a comfortable trip because I lent you an umbrella and booked a bus ticket on a rainy day. I love your smiles.
Room is spacious and comfortable. Staffs are nice. Food is ok, but i hope you could include pancakes and bacon. 😊 The only thing i noticed is that the bathroom has not enough hooks and compartments to put your toiletries to. Otherwise our stay is pleasant. 😊
Very disappointing stay – poor service, lack of attention to detail, and underwhelming breakfast. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was simply unacceptable. First of all, the shower bottle (shampoo/body wash) was completely empty when we tried to use it. This is a basic amenity that should always be checked and refilled before a new guest arrives. The fact that this was overlooked shows a serious lack of attention to detail in housekeeping or room preparation. We arrived late and had to contact the front desk to get it resolved, which was frustrating and completely avoidable. Secondly, the service was well below expectations. Staff members were not friendly or helpful, and there was no sense of hospitality. When we raised the issue about the shower bottle, there was no apology, no follow-up, and no sense that they cared about the guest experience. It felt like we were being brushed off rather than properly assisted. Lastly, the breakfast was very basic and disappointing. The selection was minimal, the quality of food was poor, and overall it did not reflect the price we paid or the standard the hotel claims to offer. We've stayed in similar hotels at this price point with much better offerings. Overall, this was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. From poor service to lack of proper room checks and a mediocre breakfast, there is a lot this hotel needs to improve. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others unless significant changes are made.
Don't book through MyTour. What kind of app allows you to pay to make a reservation then you show up to find it is cancelled. And it is still showing availability now even though I know the hotel is fully booked.
Ms Nga Ms Huy and Mr Du , I stayed in the Gold Plaza Hotel Da Nang during my Vietnam tour. The hotel is very very comfortable for stay. The welcome was very good and the staff made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was also very delicious. I would like to visit his hotel whenever next time I come to Vietnam. Thank you all.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They even helped us catch a taxi to go around nearby. The breakfast buffet was equally amazing with a variety of dishes with new dishes every morning. It was an enjoyable stay and if we come to Da Nang again, we will definitely choose this hotel again
Hotel was nice. Good location too, nearby all the famous markets, can get there via Grab. What stood out the most was the service, the staff were very accomodating and especially during breakfast they were very helpful, thanks to Thu Le, Tuyen Le, Oanh Nguyen, Hiep Nguyen. Will come again!
Excellent staff and a very clean hotel—truly five-star service from the personnel. The professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness of the staff were outstanding and made the stay very pleasant. However, the hotel is not located in the city center, despite being described as “central” on Booking. In reality, it is approximately 3 km away, which can be misleading for guests unfamiliar with Da Nang. As a result, it was necessary to take a taxi or Grab for most trips. In good weather, a 3 km walk might be manageable, but during rainy conditions this becomes quite inconvenient. Breakfast ends relatively early at 9:30 a.m., whereas many comparable hotels offer breakfast until at least 10:00 a.m. Overall, the staff were exceptional and clearly the strongest aspect of the hotel.
In general, our stay was pleasant. The staff's hospitality, warmth, and the cleanliness of the rooms, along with the reasonable price, made our experience satisfactory. Having a balcony was an extra perk. The location is near the airport, making it easily accessible to various restaurants and tourist spots by a short ride or on foot. The room was clean, including the linens, and free of any unpleasant smells, which was important to me. Although the towels were a bit old and rough, cleanliness was still a priority. Basic toiletries were provided, and the faucet and drainage worked well. One thing to consider before booking is the limited breakfast selection, which mostly consists of carbohydrates, with limited protein options like eggs and tofu. Another consideration is the poor soundproofing in the rooms, which allows noise from adjacent rooms to be easily heard. I didn't get to use the pool, but I believe it's available. However, considering the price of around 30USD per night, including breakfast, it's a good value.
Our stay overall was good. The hotel is well maintained, and the ladies at Reception were excellent — extremely kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. They created a very positive impression. Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. We politely asked if we could have a coffee to go in a disposable cup. The server refused without explanation. When we asked to speak to a manager to understand the policy, we were directed to someone named Hiep. The issue was not the refusal itself, but the way it was handled. Hiep did not even speak to us directly. When we asked for clarification and whether a plastic cup would be possible, he simply waved his hand dismissively, without engaging in conversation. It felt disrespectful and inappropriate for someone presented as a manager. In hospitality, communication matters. A polite explanation would have been completely acceptable. Being ignored and dismissed is not. I hope management reviews this, as the reception team truly reflects the standard the entire hotel should follow.
The hotel is good. Just disappointed when I asked for a flat iron and they don't have. The hair blower in our room, is also not working properly.
