Had the most incredible experience, but the STAFF EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS. My sister-in-law had her cellphone stollen from her bag while walking on the beach, and the front desk manager Ni helped us get it back, which was completely unbelievable. She came with us to the police station, helped write the police report and came with us and the police to the phone's location to get it back. Luckily the thief had thrown it in some bushes when he realized we were tracking the location, and Ni went bushwhacking (in a skirt!) and found the phone. I've never met a more dedicated employee, and we are forever thankful. This is how high the standard is at this wonderful hotel. The rooms were also modern and clean, with incredible wraparound views. The pool was perfect for the kids to splash around in when the beach was not swimmable. Will definitely be back.

Great value here. Kind staff. Solid breakfast comparable to any higher end Marriott. A bit under construction currently with the pool closed, but would definitely book again when I come back. They lent me a fan to dry my surfing gear. The surfboard rental place is about a 10 minute walk. Overall can’t complain!

DO NOT STAY HERE. Especially with the Airbnb host (check photo). The whole place is under construction and is abandoned. Insanely loud drilling (CHECK VIDEO) every morning Starting at 8am until Lunch, even on weekends. This has got to be the WORST Airbnb stay ever! The place gave me a headache. It was so bad I had to check out early and go into a real hotel. Just look at the condition of the abandoned pool. The place is obviously under construction but the host deletes old listings with bad reviews and just creates a NEW listing that has no reviews. The place should not be listed on Airbnb but the host continues to do so and Airbnb does nothing about it. Another reason I prefer hotels over Airbnb. Never mentioned any of the construction.

My family booked a 6 night stay here and the suite was absolutely stunning with our own pool and view of the ocean. The rooms were beautiful designed and very modern. You have access to the main pool and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The entire staff members were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. It’s a nice and quiet area and only 15 minutes away from the main city if you prefer quietness. If I can rate this 10 stars I would! I highly recommend this place! I am going to stay here again when I travel back to Da Nang.

We had a lovely stay, very spacious..Best part is you can have breakfast anytime in a day. Provided us with good vegetarian options on demand. They allowed us to take food for baby from breakfast to the room. We enjoyed a lot here . Surely recommend the stay and will love to come back.

Honestly I don't know where to start... everything was truly impeccable! Stayed here for two weeks in the beginning of May and never had any issues. All of the staff were amazing! From the front desk helping us find our way around to the restaurants amazing food and attentiveness.. as well as late night drinks and desserts! Not to mention all of them helping us with our attempts to speak Vietnamese :) Exercise room was great with plenty of equipment and we took in the spa experience for complete relaxation. The location is perfect! You are right across from the beach and have plenty of areas to walk around and explore all along the beach road and surrounding area. When we finally checked out we felt sad like we were leaving our family. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in town visiting.

Hotel is quite nice. Staffs are young and supportive. Studio room is spacious and well-decorated. Menu for breakfast is not so diverse but still tasty and enough for minimum requirements. What I like the most about the hotel is flexible checkin time. I don’t know why there were not so many tourists there when i stayed. Maybe they have a different customer segmentation. I have not known about this until I had a sudden change in schedule and chose to stay in hotel for a day. Wish the hotel can reach out more customers. It is a bit thrilling that the corridor is so dark. And the hotel brand name is difficult to see in daytime, shippers normally cannot spell name and recognize brand name.

The hotel is perfectly situated near the beach, just a short walk across the street. I chose a room with stunning views of the East Vietnam sea, the western cityscape, and the Han River. The sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking. Unfortunately, the pool and rooftop area were closed during my stay, which was a bit of a letdown. One highlight was the breakfast, featuring a different traditional Vietnamese noodle dish each day. Highly recommended! The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is truly remarkable.The spacious rooms and breathtaking views make it a standout destination. What sets it apart is the unique feature of a separate area with bunk beds for kids, which is quite rare to find elsewhere. Moreover, the staff's exceptional care, kindness, and helpfulness add a special touch to the overall experience. It's definitely a place where both adults and children can enjoy a memorable stay. I would like to say a big “THANK YOU” for the amazing hotel manager Ms Ni for taking care of us during our stay! You are a star at your work and this place is extra special because of you!

Please choose somewhere else to stay! I live here long term, it was ok until a month ago. - prices went up - We spent nearly a month with no internet. - construction works make it super noisy - accessing the swimming pool now costs 10$/person, every time. - the parking might be closed very soon. - whole floors and area are being privatized: no access to gym, co-working space, laundry... - 1 elevator is down, so the remaining 1 is very slow to get and always overcrowded. Wth is going on?

We had an excellent stay here with a family of 30+ people. The staff were very accommodating and the service was excellent. Thank you Fusion
