Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang – Wellness Inclusive

We love the experience at Fusion Danang. The staffs were super friendly despite the busy holiday season. Our room was very well maintained and cleaned. Special thanks to Lisa who took an extraordinary care for my family. We will definately come back - next time during summer so that we can enjoy the breach and in-room pool.

This is arguably the cleanest and most comfortable resort in Da Nang. Throughout my 4-night stay at the pool villa, the service was excellent and all the staff were incredibly kind. If I were to name the best resorts in Da Nang, I would say Four Seasons Nam Hai and this place, Fusion Resort Pool Villa. In particular, staff member Nguyen was exceptionally kind and warm. All the staff at the restaurants Breeze and Fresh were kind and warm. The room cleaning in particular was meticulous and spotless. Above all, this place is the best when it comes to cleanliness. If you have a neat and detail-oriented personality, I highly recommend staying here in Da Nang — and specifically in a pool villa rather than a regular hotel room. Also, the morning and evening yoga programs and the spa were fantastic. Above all, doing yoga on the beach while watching the sunset was truly the best. The yoga was quite a workout, and it healed not just my body but my mind as well. Yoga instructor Sanjay’s teaching was systematic, guiding the body to move step by step throughout the entire workout. It’s a wonderful new discovery in Da Nang. Even though the price is on the higher side, I highly recommend staying in a pool villa — it’s absolutely worth it.

This might be our favorite resort we’ve stayed at ever. Period. Baby-friendly, kids play areas, luxurious spa, fantastic beach, delicious breakfast, large room, excellent service, etc. It’s nicely situated in between da Nang and Hoi An (about 20-25 min from each by taxi). We loved that, because it felt very manageable to hail a grabb taxi (local version of uber) to go out to eat or explore the old town, etc. - perfect middle ground location. We will definitely be back. Brought our 16 month old baby and saw lots of other little around the resort. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. It’s the little things that make a resort truly incredible - they checked every box. Well done, Fusion!

Summary: Five star hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Location: In my opinion, I think the location is brilliant. Beach side, with beach access. 30-ish minutes away from Danang and 20-ish minutes away from Hoi An. We got the spa and buffet included in our package and it was such a delight and a treat. We went in the off/slow season, so early January. It was a bit cloudy and cool but we avoided the crowds. Also, during this season there was only breakfast buffet, however this was enough for us because we wanted to eat in the city anyways. They cater to a Korean, Japanese, and Western palate, while presenting Vietnamese cuisine as well, I loved eating there every morning for five days in a row. The resort has some free activities for guest to enjoy: movie night, game room, pool, paddle board (during warm season). And it has extra paid services like a coffee class, cooking tour, etc. I think they even have a dog friendly room because I saw a guest walking her dog! But the best part of my stay was the staff. They were so polite, helpful, accommodating, and diligent in their work. They seem to put their best foot forward each day and they had good comradery. In short, I would love to stay again and see them in summer/spring time when it’s warmer. And I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I think you will definitely get your money’s worth and good value.

I stayed with my family in the two bedroom room which had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the kids club facilities and being able to change their pillows out from ordering on the pillow menu. While my wife and I had a wonderful week of relaxing massages in the spa. The indoor pool and steam room was great to on those cooler days and being able to take the children in there for limited periods through out the day made it much more inclusive. The games room was also a big hit for the kids during the evenings. Access to the beach was nice and I understand that the sea is rough at this time of year, would have been nice to have an area for those that want to swim in the sea though. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the food at the restaurant was great.

An Exceptional Stay at Fusion Hotel Da Nang – Perfect for Families We stayed at Fusion Hotel Da Nang for 4 nights over Lunar New Year as a party of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids), in the 5-bedroom beachside villa. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The villa itself was stunning — modern, tastefully decorated, and literally steps from the beach. Every room except the twin room was an ensuite, which made it extremely comfortable for a large group. Two of the master bedrooms were enormous — truly the size of full apartments. Having in-villa laundry was incredibly useful for a family our size, and the private pool was a huge bonus. The housekeeping staff and on-site engineer were fantastic and helped us with everything we needed — including setting up our Canadian Firestick so we could watch the Olympics. That level of service really stood out. Our package included daily spa treatments for all the adults, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. The spa rooms were clean, peaceful, and deeply relaxing. We also took advantage of a yoga class, which was excellent. Breakfast at the main restaurant, Fresh, was extensive and beautifully presented. The pho was outstanding — honestly ranked among the best we had on our trip (and we ate a lot of pho in Vietnam). We also had lunch at the Beach Club and dinner at Char — both meals were incredible and easily worthy of their own 5-star review. The highlight of our stay, however, was Lisa, our concierge. She went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and completely worry-free. We communicated with her via WhatsApp, and she was responsive, proactive, and thoughtful. She even checked in on us on New Year’s Day while she was officially off work — we tried to convince her to take a break! She anticipated our needs, including arranging a late checkout after asking about our flight out of Da Nang. Lisa truly made our vacation seamless and relaxing. She is a tremendous asset to Fusion. The only downside worth mentioning is that the staircase lighting can be hazardous at night — only every other step is lit, which creates a tripping risk because it’s easy to misjudge the steps in low light. This is something management should address for safety. Aside from that, the hotel is gorgeous, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed for both adults and children. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Throughout my stay, I was deeply impressed by the kindness and professionalism of your staff. The room condition and breakfast were both outstanding and exceeded my expectations. The daily complimentary massage was truly a highlight of my stay—it was simply blissful each and every time. Although there were some minor challenges with making reservations, the overall experience was so positive that it hardly mattered. I would especially like to share one memorable moment. On my last day, I asked a female staff member standing across from the check-in information desk if it was possible to exchange 500,000 VND. At most hotels, I would have been told that it was not possible and advised to go to another desk. However, your staff member kindly took the money herself, went directly to the information desk, requested the exchange on my behalf, and personally returned the exchanged money to me. This small yet incredibly thoughtful gesture truly touched me. My wife, who was standing next to me, also mentioned how deeply moved she was by such genuine attention to detail. If I ever return to Da Nang, I will without hesitation choose Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang again, and I will wholeheartedly recommend it to all of my friends and acquaintances. Thank you so much for helping us create such wonderful memories during our stay as we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

We stayed in Da Nang for the last portion of our Vietnam holiday. We wanted a relaxing end to what was a very busy holiday. This resort ticks all the boxes for a stay that is not only relaxing but has a complete array of aesthetic restaurants and cafes as well as swimming pools. Massages in the spa were a definite highlight. We were greeted by Lisa upon our arrival and I’ve honestly never had such a personable service by a staff member at any hotel. Lisa was attentive to us by checking in to see how was our stay was going on a daily basis. Even upon arriving home, she checked in once more to ensure our flight arrived safely. Lisa is an absolute star and if you are lucky enough to meet her; I assure you that your stay here will be absolutely perfect.

Very nice property. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom villa with a private pool, which was enormous for just the two of us. The beach was beautiful and had very few people, so it felt incredibly private and relaxing. The gym could be improved for a five-star property, and housekeeping missed a few small details during our stay (such as refilling soap and snacks). That said, the included spa treatments and yoga sessions were highlights of the experience. The food at Char was also outstanding—especially the pizza and pasta.

The front desk and all the staff were absolutely wonderful, but I have to say the housekeeping was really disappointing. One day they completely forgot to clean our room, so we hung the “please clean” sign on the door — but even after …

Amazing hotel, resort and staff! Rooms and facilities, were beautiful, spacious and clean. The spa was exactly what you would hope for, serene, beautifully designed, clean with comprehensive facilities (gym, sauna, indoor pool, treatment rooms, etc). Breakfast buffet was excellent, with many options and quality ingredients. What really made the stay special, was the excellent staff. Special thanks to Lisa at the front desk, who greeted and checked-in with us daily (always cheerful with a smile) and also took the time to see us off when we checked-out. We had an AC issue in one of the bedrooms and managers, Viet and Thien, were attentive, followed up through resolution and offered our family options to ensure we remained comfortable throughout. Location was perfect for us, right on a peaceful beach and in between Da Nang city and Hoi An. Easy Grab or car ride away to restaurants, shopping, night markets etc. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!!
