Fivitel Danang Hotel

One of my favorite hotels I’ve experienced in Da Nang! The room was big, clean, and very spacious — perfect for a comfortable stay. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were always kind and attentive. A special thanks to Ms. Lisa, who went above and beyond to take care of our guests. Her warm and professional attitude made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Because of her, our stay felt even more special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Da Nang!

Stayed at Fivitel Da Nang, and it exceeded expectations in every way. The room (No. 1602) was spotless and beautifully designed — elegant furniture, deep blue curtains, and a clean classic style with gold accents. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious with both a rain shower and bathtub. The view from the window is absolutely stunning — overlooking the Han River, bridges, and city skyline by day, and an incredible night view with lights reflecting on the water. It’s the kind of view that makes you want to just sit and relax by the window. The staff were friendly and professional. They don’t speak Korean, but communication was easy with translation apps. The service overall was smooth and welcoming. Next to the hotel, there’s a Da Nang Dream Poker lounge that’s always full of people — Koreans, Chinese, and Vietnamese playing together, giving off an international tournament vibe. If you want a clean, stylish hotel with a great river view and convenient location, Fivitel Da Nang is an excellent choice.

I had an excellent stay at the Fivitel Hotel in Da Nang. The property is modern, spotless, and very well managed. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help – you truly feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer stunning views of the river and the city. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention: a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food with plenty of options for both Asian and Western tastes. The location is perfect – peaceful but still close to major attractions and just a short ride to the beach. The value for money is outstanding. Overall, the Fivitel fully lives up to its reputation. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.

An excellent hotel, located by the river, friendly staff, the rooms are well furnished and clean with amazing views and the balcony was a bonus, water was hot and internet worked well. the breakfast choices were fantastic which we enjoyed, the pool looked amazing however didn't use due to the weather and the garden terrace had amazing panoramic views and was peaceful to enjoy. The mgt or owner needs to upgrade some of the gym equipment, it was old, nearly as old as my grandmother and some equipment was unusable like the bike and running machines, though this does not detract from the terrific service this hotel provides.

My stay at the Fivitel Hotel Danang was an absolute highlight and I highly recommend it without reservation. However, the true pleasure begins with the view from the room and the pool: The beautiful view of the river and the famous bridges is simply spectacular, ensuring a great start to the day or a relaxing end to it. The Staff – Perfect Warmth & Attention to Detail: What truly makes this place unforgettable, though, is the team. I would like to highlight the staff in particular: They were consistently incredibly friendly and warm. Every interaction was characterized by positive energy. The team was extremely motivated and very helpful, making me feel deeply welcome from the very first moment. Furthermore, I appreciate the attention to detail: The hotel is always beautifully decorated for holidays, which creates a festive atmosphere. And the small, thoughtful touches or gifts that you sometimes receive are a wonderful gesture that shows how much they care about the well-being of their guests. The Fivitel Hotel Danang is the perfect choice for anyone who values a great setting, an inspiring view, and, above all, human warmth and excellent service. I would be very happy to return! 5🌟

They have a policy that says if you stain any of their towels, sheets, pillow covers etc they will charge you. So if you wear make up or there is a chance you may stain their stuff recommend taking a colored towel or something because they dont provide one. Charge is pretty steep so good to be prepared. Nice hotel...staff is pleasant.

The hotel is generally well maintained and clean, which is appreciated. The rooms and common areas are tidy, and housekeeping does a good job overall. However, the biggest disappointment was the breakfast experience. While the breakfast may be designed to cater to the majority of hotel guests, there was absolutely no consideration for guests with dietary preferences or restrictions and to my biggest surprise water was dripping from the roof near food and no one cares. Not a single staff member made any effort to check if guests had special dietary needs, leaving us with very limited options and essentially eating only fruits. The lack of attention from the breakfast staff was quite noticeable. No one bothered to ask how the food was or whether guests needed assistance, which is basic hospitality service. Additionally, the food setup was poorly managed having beef and chicken dishes placed side by side, with guests using the same serving spoon for both on occasions, is unacceptable. This shows a serious lack of hygiene awareness and respect for dietary sensitivities. Overall, while the cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, the breakfast service and food management need significant improvement. Better staff training, clearer food labeling, separate serving utensils, and proactive engagement with guests would greatly enhance the overall experience.

had a wonderful stay at Fivitel Da Nang. From the moment I arrived, the team gave me a very warm welcome, along with refreshing welcome drinks. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern design that made the stay even better. Families will appreciate that the hotel has a playroom for kids, which is a great touch for those travelling with children. One of my favourite parts of the hotel is the rooftop garden—a peaceful space with a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views of the city and river. Overall, Fivitel Da Nang exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

Nice hotel with a great view. Room was comfortable and very clean. The staff is very nice. Breakfast is good but a bit of a disaster with all the tour groups that come through. Go early or late to avoid some of the madness. The policy they have regarding stains on towels is a first for me. They charge the cost of a new towel if you stain one with makeup or such. Apparently they use 'special chemicals' for the stain. This hotel has not discovered bleach yet or this is a bit of a money grab. Id rather they charge more for the room than try to nickle and dime off things like towels.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was such a pleasant experience. We spent Christmas and New Year at this establishment and the staff was helpful and attentive (especially the women at the Guest Relations desk). They made our stay memorable and I would highly recommend this hotel to those who crave some nice views of the river and the bridges (you can see both the Dragon Bridge and Tran Thi Ly Bridge). The breakfast was nice too, they tried to switch up some savoury dishes daily so that we would be able to taste different local food. However, there were lots of tourists going in groups so either having breakfast before 7.30 or after 9 would be better options if you wanted to get a table. Overall, I would visit and stay here again in the future!

This Hotel is worth every penny! What makes it that special, especially compared to others in Vietnam and Da Nang, is the always happy and friendly staff - we were traveling for 4 weeks and this was one of our favourite stops, we even extended the stay here twice! Thank you for making our stay that nice personal! P.s. Lisa and the entire reception and entry management but also the room service is sooo welcoming, friendly, qualified and nice!
