location, staff and the pool was great!! the furniture is really outdated and the pastries at breakfast need food coverings as there were flies all over it each day. Other than that the breakfast was actually decent. the free bicycles are brilliant too!

A very poor quality hotel. Rooms are noisy and poorly appointed. Decor is very scruffy and food is average at best. Location is out of town so not good. Our bathroom was unpleasant - mould on tiles and miscellaneous screws holding the shower together. The service was generally good with pleasant staff.

Decent clean and comfortable hotel at 10 mins walk from the main market. They have free bicycles too. The staff, especially Dieu and Kieu were warm and welcoming and always ready to help. Keep up the good work !

Amazing experience!! We got good vibes from the second we stepped on the property, so beautiful and so clean. The receptionist and the manager were very friendly and explained everything about the resort in detail The rooms were beautiful. We got upgraded, thanks to the manager. The hotel gives amenities like swimming pool, restaurant, and bicycles for customers to use! 10/10 experience, highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at Emm Hoi An Hotel, and the wonderful team made it truly memorable. A special thank you to Kim, Cuong, Daisy, and No for their outstanding service. At the restaurant, Kim took exceptional care of us—always attentive, warm, and making sure everything was perfect. No prepared some truly amazing cocktails for us; every drink was crafted with great skill, and we enjoyed them so much! At the reception, Cuong and Daisy were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Their friendliness and professionalism made our experience smooth and comfortable. Thanks to this fantastic team, our stay felt personal, enjoyable, and truly unforgettable. We highly recommend Emm Hoi An Hotel to anyone visiting the area!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at The EMM Hotel in the heart of Hoi An The rooms are huge and clean, the staff are very friendly, respectful and helpful, food was fantastic - large portions and wide variety. Hotel is exactly as advertised. All Hoi An village attractions are a short walk away. Hotel has a nice pool by lounge in courtyard hidden from road by bush and gardens, so quiet place to relax and have a cold drink.

We stayed at EMM Hotel Hoi An from 1st to 3rd January as a family — my husband, myself, and our 6-year-old child — and left extremely disappointed with how the hotel handled its child policy. While booking, my child’s age was entered as 5 instead of 6. At check-in, the hotel insisted on charging an additional VND 300,000, stating that children aged 6 are no longer considered complimentary. What makes this particularly unreasonable is that no extra rollaway bed was provided, nor was any additional amenity offered to justify the charge. To make matters worse, when I politely requested one extra bottle of water in the room (since the hotel was charging extra for my child), this too was flatly refused. Charging for a child while refusing even the most basic courtesy reflects very poorly on the hotel’s hospitality standards. In most hotels — especially those marketing themselves as family-friendly — children stay free at least until 11 or 12 when sharing existing bedding. Even where a surcharge applies, it is usually accompanied by additional services such as an extra bed, or basic in-room amenities. None of that was extended to us here. This experience felt petty, rigid, and inhospitable, and it completely overshadowed what could otherwise have been a pleasant stay. Families traveling with young children should be very cautious when booking this hotel and clarify every detail in advance. Hospitality is not just about enforcing policy — it’s about fairness, flexibility, and guest experience, all of which were lacking here.

Nice, large, clean hotel with a lovely swimming pool and lots of sunbeds in a nice garden. Within walking distance of the old town. Breakfast is good. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The building and rooms are a little sterile. The colour settings were once fashionable but these days it looks a bit dated.

My family and I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to assist us. From the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff, everyone made us feel very welcome. The swimming pool is lovely, and the green, open surroundings create a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the dining area was comfortable and pleasant. The location is also very convenient, just a short distance from Hoi An Ancient Town. We were very satisfied with our experience and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

Great hotel in a quiet area not too far away from the old time. The staff was welcoming a d very helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. There’s a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The breakfast provided was delicious and had variety. Recommend coming here to stay when visiting Hoi An, Vietnam!
