Emerald Hoi An Riverside Resort

The best hotel we had in Vietnam so far. The location is great, the staff very friendly, and the pool is a cherry on top. We had noisy construction in front of our room (from the neighbouring building) but we were moved to a different room free of charge. This was really appreciated. From 12am to 6pm there is "Happy Hour" at the pool side where you buy 1, get 2 drinks. What a great suprise, highly recommended. Only notable downside is that for a 4-star hotel, the furniture is a bit outdated, but that did not affect our stay in any way. We rate the hotel 5/5, would definitely come back if we are ever back in Hoi An.

Great hotel in Hoi An, super nice staff, my room with river view. Beautiful pool. BF was excellent with many choice. The hotel also provide the bike for complimentary.

It's really close to the night market. It was nice to have a Korean restaurant nearby, and it was really convenient to leave the laundry right in front of the resort. There are not many kinds of breakfast, but I was happy every morning with the view of the pool and the river :) There were many lizards because they were nature friendly, but I spent my free time looking at the garden and the river and my mom enjoyed walking every morning.

I recently stayed in this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The place is relaxing, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff were very welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel at home right away. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I especially loved the view from the balcony—it was perfect for sunrise and sunset. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. What really stood out was the pool and there is beach view . Both were well-kept, and it was easy to just sit back and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It’s definitely a great spot for family vacations, couples, or even solo travelers who just want to relax. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to unwind and enjoy nature. I’d love to come back again soon! 🌞

This is a high quality and terrifically located Resort Hotel offering a perfect base for a Hoi An experience. Our Pool View Deluxe room was most comfortable with a spacious balcony overlooking the refreshing pool - we spent much time in the pool reviving ourselves during the midday heat and humidity. It was an oasis. We enjoyed our conversation with Pool Attendant Kiet whose English vocabulary is expanding from chats with guests All staff are most friendly and welcoming We’d be back here when next visiting Hoi An

It is a great place. Although it is within walking distance of the old town, it is far enough away from the crowds and noise, making it perfect for a calm and relaxing holiday. The hotel has a lovely pool, and the room and bathroom were very spacious. Special thanks as well for the nice breakfast and the friendly staff.

Lovely hotel in walking distance to the river and the old town. There are lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby. The room was great and loved the balcony for an early morning coffee with river views. The hotel facilities were great and enjoyed chilling by the pool after the hustle and bustle of walking around the old town. Great Breakfast buffet with Vietnamese and western options. The best thing about the hotel were how friendly and welcoming all the staff were. From the gardener, the restaurant staff and to the hotel manager everyone always had a smile on their faces. The manager was really helpful by recommending some good quality places to get shoes and clothes made, since there are so many places to choose from. We also made use of the free bicycles to explore the nearby area and the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer.

I helped to organize a small conference for my office at this resort and my group had a good time here. It was my first time organizing a conference so I was a bit nervous and disorganized, but both Ms. Hoai (front desk staff) and Mr. Hung (F&B manager) were very helpful, communicative, and friendly, and the man in charge of audio visual setup at the conference room was very helpful as well, they made me feel supported. The venue was perfect for our group conference, spacious enough but at the same time very walkable to the old town. The rooms come with breakfast and it was decent with plenty of options!

We had a fantastic stay at the Emerald Hoi An Riverside Resort. We stayed for six nights. Our room was large and comfortable. The included breakfast had lots of choices and the food was excellent. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff remembered us each morning and they knew what we liked. They even noticed when we missed breakfast one morning, due to an early tour. The hotel is located very close to the night market and Old Town, but far enough away as to not be affected by the noise. We would definitely stay again, and we highly recommend the Emerald Hoi An Riverside Resort.

Although this is my third trip to the lovely city of Hoi an, this is my first stay at the Emerald Riverside resort. Although I enjoyed the previous resort I stayed a I really fell in love with this property. First of all, the staff was wonderful. Everyone from the food and beverage staff, housekeeping, maintenance, spa, and front desk went out of their way to say good morning to you and engage you in conversations. Tuan at the front desk was very helpful in answering all of the questions that I had. And believe me, I had a lot of dumb questions! 😄 The location was perfect. You could walk to the nearby night market in just a few minutes and if you wanted to wander down to see the lantern boats or the tailor shops you could get there in about 20 minutes. Will definitely stay at this location on my next visit to Vietnam in 2027.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful. It had a nice view of the river.However the aircon was a bit old, so it took half an hour at 16 degree for the room to get cool. And we found gecko in the room (the hotel did warn us tho).
