I rested well, soaked in the beach view and sunrise experience from My Khe Beach. The Hotel might be in renovation or it’s had some fixing to be done probably because of the windy season in January. Overall, i enjoyed my stay. 😌

The location is the only good thing . This hotel isn’t 5 star they lack the ability to provide a working motorbike , the motorbike brakes are worn down and the bike is dangerous when asking them to replace they said they can’t and to go elsewhere when I’ve already paid . Why offer a service which you cannot provide at a basic level. The only good thing is the location and that is it. The cleaners are nice and maybe that also but the front desk need to be fired rude staff can’t even speak English properly
The hotel’s location right by the beach is a highlight. The Wi-Fi is extremely weak and not accessible in the rooms and the staff also seemed rather unfriendly. Simply labeling a property as a 4-star hotel does not necessarily reflect the actual experience.
The hotel is right by the beach and the watermelon at breakfast is sweet, but that is where the positive attributes of this hotel end. WiFi does is so weak it is inaccessible in the rooms (can’t access on 14th floor), staff is rather unfriendly, and the fruit is the only thing really tasty at breakfast. Traveled all throughout SE Asia and this is the worst hotel we’ve been at. Apparently all it takes to be a 4-star hotel is just calling yourself one. I’ll avoid this place on my next time in town and you should too.
The location of the hotel is the only plus point, rest everything is just there for the sake of it, no cleanliness, staff is just unresponsive and least interested, further I guess this is a choice for all tour operators in india as the entire hotel is filled with retired and newly married tourist in large groups. The breakfast was just "BAD". For the sea view I have a 4/4 small window for which offcourse we paid extra. Had to wait for 45 mins after checking in as the room was not ready. Apart from the location I would say nothing else worked for me. Definately a bad decision.
Overall, a frustrating stay, largely due to subpar service. At checkout, we were asked to wait at the lounge area and waited patiently for over 20 minutes. When I followed up, the front desk woman said we’d already been cleared but “didn’t hear” her call us—yet made no effort to inform us again. I asked her why she didn’t go to the lounge area to inform us we were checked out, to which she simply replied that we didn’t hear her call us, with a non-apologetic attitude. We wasted 15 minutes waiting for no reason. The lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing. That said, the location is quite convenient — there are lots of food and supermarkets nearby. The hotel is also just across the beach. Room and breakfast were just alright.
This is an old run down hotel with staff who cannot speak English. The rooms are spacious but dirty and poorly stocked had to ask for soap and blankets. it is in a good location. However breakfast is terrible and packed geared only towards Indians and asians no North American food selection and we even had some random lady drop her banana peel on our table before running into the elevator because there were no easily accessible garbages! The hot tub is closed the spa is closed and the gym is a pathetic excuse for one ….
Our experience in Eden Hotel was fairly average. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was definitely a strong point — close to the beach and convenient for getting around the city. But, the hotel was very busy during our stay, which made some of the common areas feel a bit crowded. Breakfast was just average — there were some options, but nothing particularly memorable, and it felt a bit basic compared to similar hotels in the area. Overall, it’s a reasonable place to stay if you’re looking for a clean room in a good location, but don’t expect anything too special.
The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect — it’s right on the beach, which makes it super convenient for morning walks and sunset views. Breakfast is pretty decent, and the staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. However, there are a few things to be aware of. The common areas can get quite crowded and noisy at times, likely because the hotel is popular and stays busy. The rooms feel a bit small, and the main issue we encountered was with the bathroom layout. There’s no separation between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom (toilet and sink), so water tends to flow across the entire floor after a shower. It would be great if management could consider adding a small divider or barrier to prevent this. Overall, it’s a lovely place with a fantastic location and friendly staff — just keep the bathroom setup in mind when you stay.
Fantastic beachfront hotel! 🌊 Loved the wide-open sea views and the lively surrounding area. The side lanes are a goldmine of local spots: nail spas, massages, fruit juice stalls, and amazing authentic Vietnamese food. The hotel is set among blocks of new, modern hotels along the main strip. Don't miss the seafood restaurant 500m away—the Alaskan crabs are huge! Rooms and staff were nice and super friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. Just a heads-up: expect regular tour groups from India and other Asian countries.
I had the opportunity to stay at the Eden Hotel in Danang, and our room (No. 1505) was truly a highlight. It offered a stunning sea view through three large windows, making it one of the best rooms in the hotel. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located so well that one can get food even at midnight and couple of stores remain open 24/7. On the downside, the service felt average. The restaurant closes quite early, and guests are limited to just two small bottles of water (350 ml each), with no option for additional water—even standard 500 ml bottles weren’t provided. The breakfast spread was moderate and could be limiting for those who don’t eat pork or beef. When I enquired from the hotel staff regarding nearby money exchange options, they refused to give saying that they don’t know but could get the money exchanged at lower exchange rate than the prevailing rate. Such uncooperative attitude with foreign tourists are totally uncalled for. Even, there was a long list of all the essential items kept in the room including sleepers, hangers etc.
Very mixed feelings 😂 let me explain: The location is perfect. The hotel is a bit dated, but the room was big and had a partial sea view. Cleaning was good. We slept well. BUT... The hotel is dedicated to Indian tourist groups, they come and go on a daily basis and it gets a bit crowded, specially during breakfast. We had breakfast included in our booking, but went only the first day. It felt like a crowded bazaar and coffee and food were not good, so we just went to try different cafes nearby each morning. Pool is indoors and not very appealing, did not go even once. Gym does not exist, it is a bike in a tiny room. But honestly, after the shock of the first day, we were surprised that our stay was more comfortable than expected!
