The hotel was acceptable and the price VERY low (just because of the location). The room was clean and modern, the swimming pool perfect and the breakfast OK. The service was very wood, speaks good English and they were very kind in all times. Thanks!

Perfect location between the beach and the old town. You have bicycles to go around and be back to this peaceful and quiet Villa. Loved the breakfast and Hannah was just so lovely and thoughtful. It felt like home !

Wonderful place and I highly recommend staying here. One of the best places I have stayed on my trip around the world. The owner (Hannah) is so nice and helpful. It is a short walk to the beach or you can take a taxi and explore the old town of Hoi An. The pool was perfect for a nice dip on a hot day. Great place

We had the opportunity to stay at a newly constructed Eco Wooden Villa for one night, nestled in a serene neighborhood situated conveniently between the beach and the old town. Initially, we had made reservations for another accommodation, but due to some unforeseen issues with the toilet, the host graciously offered us an alternative at this villa. To our delight, this stay turned out to be an upgrade, boasting a spacious room and a refreshing swimming pool. We had no complaints in that regard. Moreover, the breakfast provided was delightful. Since we had a motorbike at our disposal, getting around was a breeze, and we also noticed that bicycles were available for guests to use. One of the highlights of our experience was the proximity of Hidden Beach, a mere three minutes away. However, the true gem of this stay was the host. We bombarded her with numerous questions, yet she responded to each one with a warm smile. She even provided us with genuine pricing information for all the activities we were interested in. If we were to return to Hoi An in the future, we would definitely consider booking this villa once again.

Very authentic vietnamese villa with excellent woodwork. Wonderful swimming pool, tasty breakfast. Hannah is a great host, she organized all our tours and airport shuttle as well as our scooters. Everything is very clean and you get free bicycles. Totally recommend

Amazing place to stay close to Hoi An. Calm, the beach is 7 min walk, Hoi An old town is 15 min by taxi.
