DLG Hotel Danang

It's really tough to find any faults with this hotel or the staff - I did find 1 issue I will come to .... The staff really are a credit to the hotel and one of the bellboys was just so good and helped us every time he could - his badge is in the photos. The hotel is just across the road ( if you can cross it alive ) from a beautiful beach and some nice beach bars. We did receive help crossing the road a few times by a staff member placed to do just that 👍 The rooms are really nice and clean and the cleaners even rung us to see if we needed anything. Now the issue !! The shower over the bath is nothing short of a badly designed death trap and pours water onto the floor to enhance the danger 🤨 If you are under maybe 45 and agile I'm sure it's fine but I'm approaching 70 so took it carefully. Warnings about this crazy layout need to be mentioned prior to booking ! Climbing over the edge of a high bath into and out of the shower is beyond words - lose a star for that ! Anyway I loved my stay and I have no doubt I will be back Note: There are slightly cheaper hotels nearby but don't be tempted.

🏖️ STUNNING VIEW & GREAT LOCATION but low attention to detail. Ocean View Suite experience: The front desk and house keeping staff are professional but doesn't justify the price. Maintenance: The bed is SO loud, like a squeaky toy (see video with sound on). There is also very poor bathroom ventilation(don't poop in the small washroom otherwise the living room will smell the same🤭), and the two TVs have mismatched channel lists that don't follow the directory. Service & Hygiene: Pulling out long hair with lettuce at the bottom of the salad bar was 🤢. On the last day,I went to breakfast alone and they cleared my table while I was just refilling my glass, despite being in their direct line of sight. Temperature Issues: Both AC units must be manually restarted every time you re-enter the room. And the fridge failed to stay cold so fruit I stored inside spoiled overnight.

I had a very pleasant stay at DGL Hotel. The room service was excellent — quick, clean, and attentive. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. The restaurant was another highlight; the staff were extremely friendly and the food was outstanding. The only downside for me was that some groups of guests (particularly a few from India during my stay) wore rather unusual clothing, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. I would still recommend the hotel and would consider staying again.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and we had a good time! Breakfast is great and the view from the room was so pretty! We spent all day swimming at the pools and the beach. Free bike rental helped us to go around the city. Highly recommend!

The location is unbeatable — right on the beachfront with stunning ocean views and walking distance to everything you need in Da Nang. The rooms are spacious, modern, and the ocean-view rooms are next level. Waking up to that view every morning was unreal. In any Western country, a room with this kind of view would easily cost $1,000+ a night — here I paid around $50 via Agoda, which honestly feels like a steal. The pool is amazing — perfect spot to relax, chill, and enjoy the sea breeze. The buffet breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and great quality to start the day right. Most importantly, a huge thank you to all the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. From check-in to housekeeping to restaurant staff, the service was warm, professional, and made the stay feel special. If you’re coming to Da Nang and want beachfront views, comfort, great value, and outstanding hospitality — DLG Hotel is an absolute no-brainer. I’ll definitely be back. Highly, highly recommended 🙌

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I had the most wonderful stay at DLG Hotel in Da Nang! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was amazing, so helpful, and always smiling. It honestly felt like I was in New York with the doorman opening the door for us every single time we walked in and out. That level of service made such a great impression. They were also incredibly accommodating. We arrived before check in, and they kindly held our luggage so we could go out and explore the city without any stress. On the day we checked out, they did the same for us, which gave us more time to enjoy Da Nang before heading to the airport. It made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. The infinity swimming pool on the 3rd floor was absolutely amazing. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and take in the beautiful surroundings. It truly added something special to our stay. The location was unmatched. We were right across My Khe Beach, which made it so easy to enjoy morning walks by the ocean and catch the sunset in the evening. Being that close to the beach made the whole experience even better. Everything about this hotel felt five star, from the service to the overall experience. I will definitely be recommending DLG Hotel to all my friends and family visiting Da Nang, Vietnam. I truly cannot wait to come back for my next trip!

I arrived at the DLG hotel in Da Nang around 12:00pm coming from Hoi An by Grab taxi. On arrival I discovered I left our passports at our hotel The River Suites Hoi An in their safe. I almost jumped back into the taxi to go back to get them! While i was panicking trying to find the phone number of the hotel to let them know I’d left my passports there The Wonderful staff member Ms Diep at DLG Hotel kindly intervened call the hotel for me got them to check the safe and take a photo of the passports and send her. She organised us to be able to check in early and got the River Suites in Hoi An to deliver them to DLG hotel. The whole time Ms Diep kept me updated through WhatsApp . The Passports arrived at 2:30pm. I was so impressed with the fantastic customer service I bought all the Reception staff a coffee. What a wonderful kind person Ms Diep is.Hold onto her!

Rooms are a bit dated but service was top notch. We had issues with the shower and tv remote and told the receptionist before going out for dinner. Both were fixed by the time we are back from dinner. Staffs are always helpful and friendly. Gym was well equipped, pool was decent sized for lap swimming. The infinity pool can be quite cold as it is usually shaded. The pool on the ground floor is warmer. Good selection at breakfast and views of the oceans is great from the room. Within walking distance to cafes and restaurants.

The staff is so incredibly friendly and fantastic. Can't say enough nice things about them. I would highly recommend anyone stay here. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the best fried rice I've ever had. The restaurant in the front had great food and drinks, and everything was very affordable. The view from our room was epic, and the pool area out front was very inviting and great for lounging. The beach in front of the hotel was very nice as well. The water pressure in our shower wasn't great, it was all over the place, but I can't knock them too much for that. If you're looking for great, affordable, beachfront accommodations, this place absolutely fits the bill!

Check-in at the hotel is at 14:00. However, I arrived in the morning, and for an additional fee, I was accommodated earlier. Since the room I had booked was not ready due to my early arrival, I was offered a larger room on the second floor. …
