De'Hoian Holiday Apartment Villa

We had a great time at De’Hoian’s apartment. The host were very kind and helpful, they also have a very nice store on the first floor with stunning items. Highly recommended!!

I had a great stay at this apartment in Hoi An! The place is brand new, clean, and very comfortable – it truly feels like a home away from home. There’s also a unique shop on the ground floor with bags, shoes, belts, wallets, and custom-designed items, which adds a special touch. The staff were amazing – super friendly, helpful, and always available. They really made the experience even better.

Absolutely loved staying here — such a unique and vibrant space that really added to the whole experience. The host was incredibly accommodating, so kind and sweet, and made everything feel easy and welcoming. One of the best parts was having a tailor just downstairs — it was so convenient and I ended up getting a few pieces made while I was there! They also made the most delicious Vietnamese breakfast! The location is perfect too, just a short walk from the main town, so you’re close to everything without it feeling too busy. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Lovely stay and a very warm service

Great place a stones throw away from Hoi An Old City. Good location and the rooms are very clean and comfy. The staff and owners are super kind. Their leather shop has great quality items that they can custom make for you as well. Highly recommend

Just had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Wish we could have stayed for longer. The room was so beautiful and clean and they gave us one with a huge balcony. There was even a bath as well as a shower which we loved. We slept so well as it was so peaceful. When you enter, it’s a little confusing because the entrance is through a shop selling leather goods, but once you’re inside, it’s so nicely done. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay! The breakfasts were excellent, with a great variety and very fresh ingredients, and the rooms were new, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The apartment is truly wonderful – spacious, equipped with an elevator, a kitchen, a living room, and full amenities. Its design is beautiful and unique, the staff are friendly, and it's a perfect spot for check-in photos. I'm definitely coming back!

The hotel service is very thoughtful and friendly. Staff are always ready to assist customers with enthusiastic and professional attitude. The room is fully equipped, clean and comfortable, the space is very cozy and is reasonably designed, creating a pleasant feeling. Breakfast at the hotel is also very delicious with many traditional and international dishes.
