Da Nang Housing

Booked through airbnb. I think the woman's name or company name was phuong. They (internationally?) made a mistake with our check out date to move another family in. We came back to see all of our things gone. They 'moved' them to a storage unit. We reminded them 3x this week our check out is Saturday...not Friday. They still grabbed our stuff and moved it when we weren't home. They said they called us but we have no missed calls. I have a local number. It's likely they are lying (maybe they are just really incompetent). They threw out a few things during the cleaning including my friends retainer. Would highly recommend avoiding this building at all costs. All our things were thrown into bags and stuffed into a room without our consent. I feel absolutely violated. What if people took our passports or went through our laptops? Avoid at all costs.

The flat was so bad. The rooms full of mould, bad smell, we wanted to leave straight away but it was late so agreed to stay 1 night. The beds here like sleeping on wood… bedsheets with stains…. It’s was a nightmare

-Travelling with family I decided to stay here. I would not recommend anyone stay at this place. We stayed half a day and asked to refund at least the last two days of our four day stay. The owner refused and only care about their money and not the wellbeing of the guests. We have no choice but to stay here but we have to book another hotel for Grandmother because the conditions are unsuitable for her health. -Shower is merged with toilet and sink space. -Kitchen and bedroom have small insects crawling around. -Washing machine and stove are too filthy we don't dare to use. -No microwave. -Dust everywhere, there is no cleaning between changing guests.

We stayed here on two different weeks. Each condo was owned by a different person, through airbnb. So the condos were each a little different. So i can only explain the building. The building has stores all along on the first floor. The elevators all work and the trash is easy, as you have a place for it on every floor. It is very close to the beach and everything you might need to have a great time. They even have parking under the building(moped). If we were back in Da nang, we would stay here again. The building also has full time residents living there. This

Apartment might look older and smaller than whatever pic you see on your booking. One of my rooms is full of bagworms. Closets smell like naphthatalene and have mothballs in it. Just saw a huge cockroach in the bathroom. The apartment wasn't cleaned well when we checked in. The owner was nice and reacted to our request to clean though, but the standards of cleaning are very low. I even found a used tampon in the toilet's closet not long time after arriving. I'm not the cleanest person but this place is dirty and nobody cares much 🫠

We booked the place for our family vacation for over 3 weeks. It cost us over 16 million dong, which made me feel like being scammed!! Because it looked good and clean in the pictures, but we got there the apartment smells terrible. Just the whole entire block!! The bathroom is filthy and moldy. It smells so bad that I couldn’t sleep and it even made me sick. For that price you could rent a nice apartment somewhere for at least 2 months according to locals. Please do not stay at this place, I would not recommend.

Pros: -Fantastic view (ours was on 36) -Walk to everything -In unit washer -24 hour security in parking garage with key cards to enter/leave. -Housekeeping is available during longer stays -on site pharmacy, 2x mart, 3x coffee/restaurant Cons: -Thin walls. -Older building in need of updating. -Like others have stated, our room was musty so the first few days we kept the doors and windows open. -Bathroom floor drains smell so we kept fans on and doors closed. -Foam mattress is old and needs replacing.

Smell, dirt and aunts everywhere! I have never been in such a dirty house and it wasn’t cheap! Dirty floors, smelly bedsheets, dead cockroaches in the kitchen and stains everywhere. I don’t recommend this place, I had to mop all floors, clean washing machine(it still smells like sweat) and 3 ACs by my myself. Fridge is extremely stinky, smells like rotten meat. Soundproofing is 0, everyone can hear what I do in the bathroom😬. The only good thing is location. My room was 1222. Update: After many complaints, we got everything we needed(shampoo, towels and hangers)

Very budget-friendly, neat, and hygienic stay in Da Nang — we stayed in 2-bedroom house with kitchen, spotless bathroom, and a balcony with amazing beach and city views. Just steps from My Khe Beach, with pubs, clubs, restaurants, and services all within walking distance. Owner is super friendly — must stay in Da Nang!

Perfect location. Our host Daisy is amazing. She is very helpful. Anything that you need, she is available right away. The place is one block from the beach. Surrounded by a ton of food and entertainment options. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was clean and had a nice balcony view overlooking Mikke Beach.

The view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking — both day and night! You can see all of Da Nang and probably even your future if you squint hard enough. The building itself has seen better days, but let’s call it “vintage charm.” The bathroom has its own water feature (unintentionally), and the AC joins in with a little concert every now and then. A bit pricey for what it is, but hey — that view almost makes you forget the rest!
