Highly recommend!!! Excellent location very nice service we even got a complimentary juice on arrival and departure. Rooms are clean with AC and comfortable bed. Free bicycles are available any time and they organized a privet car ride to Da Nang for us.

The most welcoming hotel we stayed at during our trip! The family who runs it is incredibly friendly and helpful. Located on a quiet little street just a one-minute walk from the lively city center, it offers the perfect balance between peace and convenience.

We stayed here for two nights whilst in Hoi An and I have only good things to say about it. The family are so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are big and clean and the location is perfect for a walk into the old town. I would definitely stay here again.

The service from Rin and all staff was exceptional! The cleanliness was outstanding and the location perfect, less than a 100m from the main bridge, one street parallel to the madness and loudness of the people by river. We had the top apartment with a balcony which we sat to relax with a few drinks and enjoy the music coming from the bars by the river. The propoerty has push bikes available to cycle around the main area. Rin sorted out our rental motorbike and the taxi to the airport. He also recommended a superb restaurant (ask for the name) where we ate the most amazing food so far in our trip around Vietnam! Ron made our experience one to remember, not just by his service but also with local information on what to do, what to visit, where to eat and the things to be aware of so you can avoid them. Do not look anywhere else in Hoi An, this is definitely a place I would recommend to everyone and go back in my next visit to Hoi An.

Very comfortable place, ok breakfast. Very nice to have free bikes to go around town and to the beach. The host is really helpful and kind. They were available to help us get a shuttle do danang. All around would recommend!

I booked a room on Booking.com one month in advance. On the day I was supposed to check in, around 2 PM, I received a call from an employee named Key at around 9:30 to 10 AM, informing me that the room’s toilet was broken and the booking needed to be canceled. I asked how they planned to resolve the issue, as it would be very difficult to find another room on such short notice. Key said they would help find an alternative room, but then just gave me the phone number of another hotel’s receptionist and told me to contact them myself (saying they could only help with the search, but I had to make the booking on my own). I contacted that hotel but was told it was fully booked. On top of that, Key’s responses and support were very slow. Eventually, I had to contact Ms. Dung (whose number was listed on the Booking.com app), and only then did I receive proper assistance and was able to find another nearby hotel room. I messaged Key again afterward, and all they replied was “ok” – not even a single word of apology. I was traveling with elderly family members, so I had prepared carefully for the trip, yet we still ended up in this situation. Although this may have been beyond the home’s control, the way the staff handled it left me very dissatisfied. Still, I want to sincerely thank Ms. Dung once again for helping me find a replacement room.

Great stay at this homestay in Hoi An. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxed. A good place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet, welcoming spot in Hoi An.
