It's OK
I stay in this hotel twice among 5 times at Da Nang. The hotel is getting older, but still clean and its good location is worth to consider. You can call to check the price vs. Agoda/Booking for the best deal.
Literally next to night markets and dragon bridge. Top floor has great view of dragon bridge if you dont want to stand with crowds.

Excellent location to view the dragon bridge show. The room services were excellent, daily change of tower and bed making. The room was a bit small but good enough for a short stays.
