Dear friends, I was the first tenant who enter this accommodation and stayed there for about three years with my family. We had nothing but a wonderful time and experience. Everything is clean, well maintained, staffs are like a family to us now. Never had serious issues with the facilities throughout all the rainy seasons, and bad weather since they are super attentive and prepares you for all the bad comings in advance. If you are coming to Danang to stay short or long terms, I strongly recommend you to stay at Caryta. A place where I call HOME in Danang. I would give ten stars if I could. We miss you all. We lived here last year for 3 months and everything was perfect. Quiet building, very well-maintained by the owners, nice security guards and in a good area of the city. No mold or insects. The coffee shop below (owned by the same family) was great too. Highly recommend
