Hi, we’re really sorry about your experience at Panoma. Right now the apartment is still being finished in a hurry and just starting to operate, so there are still some issues, plus noise from interior work happening around the building. We know that’s not comfortable at all. On the positive side, it also means the place is being completed quickly and will soon become a much nicer living space with a great view. We hope you can come back and experience Panoma again at a better time. We’ll report this to the building management and push them to speed things up. Apartment with a beautiful view. I stayed here for 3 months and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The room is fully equipped. The mornings are fresh and cool. If I have a chance to come here for work again, I will definitely stay here.

UPDATE AT BOTTOM: The units are nice and spacious. If you’re lucky, you’ll end up with a nice view as well, and it is close to the river and across the highway from a great food area. However, it is billed as a luxury condo. And the management company will be obsessive about every little thing but is not timely or effective in fixing most problems. The gym & pool is not included and has a very limited class schedule. They will interrupt your workouts to try to upselling you private training and group - both are 1.5-2x the local rate for similar classes and the boxing training is more cardio kickboxing than technique based. The sauna and stream room also still arent on, and there’s not actual boxing offering unless you get a trainer (they basically said shadowboxing is included 😂 just to give you an idea of the hustle they’re running). The building is super dusty because of all the construction, which will sound like it’s directly in your unit. They told me it would be over in May but then another staffer told me August. The apartments are not serviced as they said they were at closing. Parking is 300k extra. No utilities are included. And there is NO mail room - the front desk will not accept packages despite the fact that I asked management if they would for a new laptop and they confirmed yes, but ultimately that didn’t happen. The processes to get any of the extras setup are often contradictory or never fully completed by the staff so headaches arise later. So just be prepared that the units are great. But every single thing will be a hustle or a hassle entirely because of how the building is managed. For the 22m you’ll pay for a 1 bedroom, you can probably find something with fewer headaches and more amenities included. You’ll end up paying +26m all-in. It’s really a shame, because if they were simply transparent and priced the basics in (and had a mail room), this could be a great building but the constant micro-annoyances really tarnish the living experience here. UPDATE: Okay so a month in, still many of the same headaches but I will say that Cindy & Emily on the management team have been helpful. The process is still unclear or unresolved but it gives me hope that things will get smoother over time. I hear great things about the massage offering at the gym. The trainers are actually quite good. And the community floors are now open so we’re trying to get the neighbors together as the people living in the building are great. The security guys are my favorite. They are very kind and wonderful.

Repeated power outages, no prior notice, unstable electricity, very loud renovation noise, and poor building management. This seriously affects residents’ daily life and rest.
