Cheap mass housing, a few years old and already decaying

Lived here for 6 months. A lot of loud families. Walls are thin so you can hear people up late or dragging chairs and tables around throughout the day and night. Drains in the bathroom would release sewage gas consistently so we had to keep the window and bathroom fan on or you couldn’t stand to be in the bathroom for more then 5 minutes. It was a horrible stench. Shower tile wasn’t made to flow toward the drain so it pools and left a slipper surface. Had to buy a squeegee and push the water into the drain. Monarchy B building was made for surface looks which are defiantly nice. But the details are all wrong. All in all we liked the apartments amenities with grocery stores downstairs and close to the bridge but the environment wasn’t amusing or comfortable. 2-stars.
