Probably lots of tenants here is ranting about their bad experience just like us. Old establishment where you can see a paint peeling off from walls. A vehicles noise coming from outside the building even you're at 17th floor. A sudden blackout. A not-so friendly management, etc. But here isn't that expensive. So maybe its just fair enough. Yet still,not comfortable to live with.
