We truly loved our stay here and would be happy to return next time we are in Danang. The apartment feels welcoming and comfortable, like a real home. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, bright, and well arranged. The beds are cozy, the bathrooms spotless, and the kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Occasionally you might hear neighbors, but it was not an issue for us. The building is clean and well maintained, located in a calm and pleasant neighborhood. The beach is within walking distance, and there are many nice cafes and food spots nearby. Two 24/7 convenience stores right next to the building were very convenient. We loved that the area is outside the busy tourist zone. It feels peaceful, yet close to everything. A big plus for Danang is that there is no construction nearby. Special thanks to the host, Tiffany Pham, who was kind, helpful, and always responsive.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, and the window is sound-proof. It’s new, super clean, no pests or mold, and has all the cooking equipment for long term stay. The staff here are very nice and responsive.

Best Apartment in Khue My Dong area. Highly recommend for everyone. Just a little bit far from downtown but nearby the beach so not a big problem!

I'm writing this review as honestly and transparently as possible to help future guests with their decision-making. To start with the positives: the apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures – a well-designed and overall lovely room, which is precisely why I booked it. I also chose it because the listing mentioned “soundproof walls,” which suggested a quiet environment. Since I do a lot of home-office work, this is essential to me. Unfortunately, this is where the problems began. Every morning, I was woken up at 7:30 a.m. by extremely loud construction work taking place literally on the other side of the wall. The building under construction was directly connected to the hotel building, so naturally every hammer strike and wall drill was transferred through the walls at full force. This continued daily until around 5 p.m. While construction work is not uncommon in Vietnam, I believe the very least guests should expect is to be informed about it beforehand so they can decide accordingly whether they still want to book. The hotel stated, quote: “This is also an unexpected situation for us” – which is simply not true. I checked past reviews on Booking.com and found at least two guests mentioning the construction noise, one of them dating back to April 7th (my booking was a month later). So the hotel was clearly aware of the issue but chose not to inform guests about it. It took three days to relocate me to a quieter building, and those three days were essentially lost, with no compensation offered. The new apartment was apparently “much more expensive,” but once again, I checked the prices and it was often being offered at a lower rate. On top of that, it had a very different design, lacked the warmth and charm of the original apartment, and felt like a clear downgrade overall. However, I had little choice, as the construction noise in the original apartment was simply unbearable. While I certainly appreciate the effort that went into organizing a new apartment, as well as the friendliness and communication of the staff throughout the stay, this entire situation could easily have been avoided through transparency from the beginning. That lack of honesty is ultimately what I cannot approve of. The original apartment truly has top-tier potential, and without this issue it would easily have been a 5-star stay. But guests should have the right to decide for themselves whether they are willing to deal with that level of noise – because for some people, it may not matter at all. I truly hope the owner will take this review seriously and change the approach for future guests. Three stars is the most I can give for my overall experience. EDIT AFTER HOTEL RESPONSE: I originally left this review at 3 stars because despite the severe construction noise issue, I still tried to acknowledge the friendliness of the staff and the effort made to relocate me. However, after the hotel publicly responded with accusations that I damaged the apartment’s main entrance door, I feel compelled to clarify that this is completely false. No such incident ever occurred, no evidence was presented, and the matter was never brought up during my stay or at checkout. I find it highly unprofessional and disappointing that instead of simply addressing the valid concerns raised in my review, the hotel chose to publicly make false claims about a guest. For that reason, I can no longer stand by my original rating.
