Blue Sea Apartment Danang

I've stayed in these apartments several times, it's my to-go place every time I return to DaNang, very nice and its on a quite side street.

Great apartment for rent in nice silent green district, not far from the beach and from main roads as well. Step-available shops and cafes. In the apartment you can find all what you may need for life. Swimming pool on the roof with sunset view. Seperately express a gratitude for beautiful Manager of this apartment. Recommend to all!

As advertised Blue Sea Apartment is a top of the line apartment in DaNang. It is easily commutable and very close to city centres. The host is wonderful and always there to help you out with anything possible. They will go out of their way to make things right. Lovely stay. My best stay in Vietnam.

I lived in Vietnam for several months and I think that this is the best place in all of Asia. Danang is a very comfortable and cool city on the ocean. and Blue Sea Apartment Danang is the most comfortable place to stay in danang. it's a very quiet street with smiling neighbors, delicious coffee shops, a farmer's market nearby. on hot days it is nice to be on the roof in the pool. very friendly staff and interesting neighbors. come, you won't regret

Nice cozy peaceful apartment just a few minutes walk from the beach. Many restraunts nearby, massage shops, electric scooter rental nearby and many things to do. The staff is lovely and very helpful. 5 Stars. 😁🤗🥳 …

UPDATE as of 28/1/26 owner is refusing to give refund because I left bad reviews! STAY AWAY! Stayed in room 2B… for about two hours! Property absolutely not as seen in the photos. Booking.com itself shoukd be ashamed that these images are not verified. Black MOULD everywhere especially bathroom and kitchen. Place in state of disrepair. Left two hours into stay because mould was so bad that it was affecting my girlfriend’s breathing. Owner refused refund and ghosted me. Booking.com no help at all. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! And now let’s wait for the owner to fabricate some story to defend the absolute lack of care they have for the property and for the guests. Here they go…

Unprofessional owner with apartment not habitable for humans.

We rented apt 3B on booking. I am giving this property 1 star because this is an honest evaluation of how the host prepares and checks the apartment before renting it out. After two flights and an 8-hour layover, we expected to check into a cozy apartment like the one shown in the photos and then go for a walk on the beach. However, the photos on Booking appear to be from two different apartments. In reality, all the decor is missing, and the condition of the apartment was so terrible that we had to go to the store, buy cleaning supplies (rags, wipes, detergents), and spend about 4 hours cleaning it ourselves. My husband cleaned the entire kitchen, the toilet, the bathroom, the walls, and the floors. I cleaned the sofa several times — removing a huge amount of hair/fur and dust — washed wall panels, chairs, and tables. We had to clean the glass partitions multiple times as they were covered in old greasy residue. The bathroom handle had a thick greasy film on it, the toilet seat had a disgusting brown stain, and there was a lot of green mold around the bathtub. All the furniture looks worn out. The toilet leaks, the shower leaks, and the water pressure is weak. The sofa smells like some kind of machine oil, and the towels have an unpleasant odor. The host left immediately after opening the door for us, and it became clear why once we saw the condition of the apartment. Later, she offered one free cleaning during our 14-day stay. Considering that the “cleaning” results were what we saw upon arrival, we chose not to use this service. Also, after one week of our stay, the host informed us that pest control is carried out every two months, and we had to let in a man who carelessly sprayed some chemicals on the furniture. This is a minor issue, but I believe guests should be warned about this in advance. There is also a very loud air conditioner from the neighbors downstairs, which makes it difficult to sleep even with earplugs. In general, the furniture throughout the building is in very poor condition — dusty and worn out. We did not use the rooftop pool because, judging by the condition of the apartment and furniture, we had serious doubts about its cleanliness and safety. Pros: fast internet, close to the beach, grocery stores nearby, two shared washing machines and a dryer on the rooftop, a decent elevator, good apartment layout, a view from the window, two air conditioners, a quiet neighborhood, and a comfortable bed.

An exceptional location in the heart of Son Tra, Da Nang, just steps from the My Khe beach, convenience store, and restaurants. The rooftop pool is a standout feature, offering a relaxing and scenic experience. The pricing is very reasonable, and the host is truly outstanding—providing a wonderful overall experience. Located approximately 17 miles (about 50 minutes) from Hoi An. Highly recommended!

Sort the reviews from lowest to highest, read IAM333's review, the pictures are all you need to know. The place is run down, not worth the price. There is mould around the bathroom. I saw the apartment 5B, left immediately. Was hoping to stay a month. I wish i had seen this review quicker. Hopefully this will save the next persons time.
