Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort & Wellness

My husband and I got married here recently, and it was the most amazing experience ever! We had our wedding at Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort & Wellness, and honestly, it was everything we could have hoped for and more. The whole experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The resort itself is stunning, peaceful, beautifully kept, but what really made it special were the incredible staff. Every single person we met was so kind, warm, and genuinely caring; especially with the children 😊 Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made us feel so welcome and looked after us no matter how annoying we might have been! 😂 A huge thank you to Niki and the entire team for going above and beyond to make our wedding day so flawless. They thought of everything, and their attention to detail and care made the entire wedding so beautiful 😍 We felt supported the whole way through, and the day itself was absolutely so much fun! We’re so grateful to everyone there for making our experience incredible. We honestly can’t recommend this resort enough and will definitely be coming back 😊

We stayed at Bliss Hotel for 5 days and are more than happy with everything. The Pool and ocean view are stunning. Access to the beach is just a few steps from the property away. Staff are very sincere and friendly. Food and spa is great. What really leaves us wanting to come back is the friendliness of the staff. Thank you Bliss Hotel!

It is a great resort to spend some time in. Whilst I did not appreciate the resort telling me that their pool is under major renovation only after the refundable period had lapsed on Agoda, I liked that they compensated via other activities. Pls note their gorgeous pool, the main reason I booked this resort for, is completely out of commission till further notice. Thankfully, it was not feasible to swim either in rainy 20deg Celsius weather during my stay so that took the pain of not having the pool away. The rooms are well appointed. Staff are exceedingly pleasant. The main mention has to go to the chefs - the food was absolutely amazing. My partner and I found the food in the hotel to be superior to several popular eateries in Hoi An old town. Breakfast and dinner were very satisfying. The chefs would go out of their way to customise a dish for your dietary preference if needed. Best vegan pho I've had, ever.

It cannot get any better! We have stayed at the Bliss for 23 nights, and we could not have been happier. The Resort is beautiful, with green lawns and palm trees. The rooms have a classy Asian touch, and the beds are big and comfortable, so that we could sleep in two single beds with our whole family. The food is great, and the chef does an amazing job in preparing authentic Western and Asian food. But the most important thing about the bliss is its staff. We have done our fair share of travelling, and we have never met a staff as friendly, welcoming and helpful as the staff at the Bliss. They remembered our preferred drinks for breakfast, they were lovely with the kids, entertaining them, and we had wonderful conversations about almost anything, Vietnamese food, the resort and the surrounding area and about our families. No wish was ever too much; they would have moved mountains for us! That's what makes the hotel special, that you feel truly, genuinely welcome. Thanks for that, thanks for going the extra mile! Hoa and Y were lovely at the reception, always checking in on us, making sure our plans were working out. At the restaurant, Thu was taking good care of the kids, providing them with pictures to colour. Trinh, Khue, Le, Quyen and Vi were playing with the kids and decorating the Christmas tree with them. Vu was mixing excellent drinks, and we enjoyed a cooking and a cocktail class with him. Trung and Hieu were making sure we had everything we needed during breakfast and at dinner. That’s some of the names we remember, but since we are hosting homestays ourselves, I also want to mention the management, who invited us to dinner since we were staying for a long time, the Spa and KidsClub staff, giving yoga and TaiChi lessons and all the people in the background, like Dai who was so friendly and always took us to our room with the golf cart, the gardeners and the nice shuttle drivers, such as Yen. We will come back home to the Bliss when in Vietnam. You guys deserve 7 out of 5 stars!!!

Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort is absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious, with wonderful staff who make the experience even more special. There are plenty of fun family activities that I would 100% recommend, especially if you’re travelling with children. The pool is large and features a relaxing spa with stunning ocean views. The pool and bar staff are fantastic, always smiling, attentive, and quick to serve, making it a real pleasure to spend time there. Our room had two balconies overlooking the sea, one with a gorgeous marble bathtub and lounge chairs perfect for unwinding while taking in the view. The room design was elegant, comfortable, and very well thought out. The food throughout the resort was excellent, with great quality and a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. What really stood out was the staff. Everywhere in the resort from the buggy drivers and shuttle team to the restaurant, spa, pool, and bar staff everyone was genuinely kind, friendly, and efficient. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made our stay magical. We highly recommend Bliss Hoi An Hotel and resort 🩷

Comfortable and relaxing stay overall with friendly staff and very clean, well-kept rooms. The atmosphere was calm and never overcrowded, and a very good breakfast. At times pricing felt unclear, with a 15% charge added to menu items, and the food offering, particularly at dinner, was limited. The resort is quite isolated with little nearby, and the gym is small with minimal equipment. The yoga session was underwhelming; after trying it once, it wasn’t worth repeating.

Absolutely fantastic experience. We had a very relaxing time at this wonderful hotel. Pool area is great as is the hotel's own beach area. Beach tends to be windy so for swimming it is not ideal. Manager Ms Hoa at the reception was very kind and helpful and made our anniversary very special and memorable. Many thanks !!

The staff are unbelievable, they cannot do enough for you. We stayed in a 4 in a block, on the bottom floor and loved the room. Toilets are a bit strange if you're not used to saloon doors being the only barrier between you and the bedroom.. The 4 stars for location is only because of how far away from the town the hotel is, but they do run a shuttle to and from the town and hotel up to 9pm return. All in all a fantastic place, mostly due to the staff.

We cant recommend Bliss Hoi An enough. All the staff are an absolute credit to the company. This was our first trip to Vietnam and we stayed at Bliss Hoi An for 7 nights. Hoa was very helpful with booking our excursions and making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. Kim Yen and Duyen provided an excellent service when we had hot bamboo, hot stone, shampoo, facial treatments- along with the reception staff. Le, Khue,Thu, Man along with other waiting staff were friendly and welcoming faces to see each morning/evening. They were very attentive, kind and took really good care of us. We would also like to give a shout out to the young gentlemen who served us at the pool and Beach Cham Bar. They were also very welcoming, friendly and provided an excellent service and best coconut smoothies we've ever tasted! We unfortunately didn't get their names. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Bliss Hoi An and truly enjoyed the peaceful experience it offered. The resort is beautifully maintained, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere that feels like a perfect escape from the busy city life. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay extremely pleasant. The staff deserves a special mention, trinh at restaurant was amazing — they were consistently courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. The beachside setting is stunning and ideal for unwinding, especially in the mornings and evenings. The food was well prepared with good variety, catering well to different tastes. Overall, Bliss Hoi An is an excellent choice for families and couples looking for a quiet, relaxing stay in Vietnam. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return again.

We stayed for a week and I would highly recommend this hotel! The staff was attentive, professional so warm and friendly. This made our stay stress free. Not to mention the food is so fresh and wide variety, high quality standard. Rooms are romantic and spacious. Spa is relaxing and accessible. Important shout out to Yee and Hoa and concierge! Trinh and her team at the restaurant. Pool staff and housekeeping always friendly. Shuttle bus drivers, ground keepers, bell help are all 10/10 Best resort we’ve stayed @ in Vietnam!

Such a blissful resort! This is my first visit to Vietnam, and I decided to stay here. The resort was superb and amazing, with a private beach, beautiful garden, spacious rooms, and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views—it made my stay unforgettable
