Bellerive Hoi An Hotel & Spa

Bellerive is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at (and we've stayed at a lot!) We booked Bellerive as it was one of the only pet friendly hotels we could find in Hoi An, after having a bad Air BnB experience. We came to take a look around first and the staff welcomed us with open arms. We chose an executive Suite which was amazing, especially for the price. Included in the room rate was breakfast and an afternoon tea every day which was well worth it. The staff are all so amazing. Every single member of staff was so friendly and hard working. The breakfast buffet was great. We've never stayed at a hotel for so long and had breakfast every day usually we get bored. We originally stayed for 2 weeks and then came back again for another 5 days after another bad experience at another Air BnB. The hotel is pet friendly and has it's own 2 small dogs which are so cute. We could eat in the dining area with him (separate from the buffet where the food was) and next to the Koi pond which was lovely. The pool was a bit too cold for us to use as the weather wasn't the best during our stay but it was a lovely area. It's a bit out of the Old Town but that makes it nice and peaceful. They have a shuttle service you can take 3 times a day and Grab's are very easy and cheap as well. Honestly we could not find one fault with the hotel and would recommend to anyone coming to Hoi An, especially if you have a pet.

We had 3 very-nice stays in this hotel. They are pet friendly hotel with a cute Pomeranian at the entrance, showing her belly to everyone. Our room - the executive suite was large, comfy with kitchen, refrigerator, large sofa, large bathtub. Water pressure is fine, lots of hot water. If they could change the sofa to a harder version with more comfy backrest it would be better. The staffs are always friendly and greetings whenever we meet. They also very supportive on helping getting deliveries, and quickly responsive to all of our requests during our stay. The morning buffet is varied, they change menu everyday which was appreciated. However the quality is not outstanding. Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed our time here, thank you.

Thank you for the awesome 5 days stay in your hotel. The food is nice, the ambiance of the hotel and the room are relaxing. The scenery in the pool is fantastic. The hotel offer multiple complimentary services and activities as well. Special thanks to the lady receptionist and the bellboy (I just forgot to take their names) during my check in. Also to David, Jimmy, and Henry who assisted me during my check out. Definitely all the staff are so accommodating and helpful. One more thing, they have in-house pet in the concierge (very cute and playful dog) 🐶

Our first time visiting Vietnam and staying at the Bellerive Hotel was amazing. Would highly recommend this to all families and friends for a relaxing getaway. The staff at the Bellerive Hotel went above and beyond to look after us. Special mention goes to Luan (Restaurant Manager) and his team of staff who were so accommodating to our needs. The food was amazing and the coffee was outstanding. We felt so welcomed by everyone and it felt like home. We were sad to leave but hoping one day we can return. The kids also miss Tam!

Awesome 5 star hotel 😄 Super love this hotel! They have super execellent service. Location is good, 200m walk to beach & they provide free shuttle bus to hoi an town. They have alot free activities, nice swimming pool & kids play room suitable for family also, nice retreat. Spacious room & huge bed with yard seaview, very clean👍 Value for money. We join their bicycle tour guide by David, he is super friendly,helpful and tell us alot about hoi an town 🥰 Their breakfast is very delicious and many variety, nice coffee! Hong from f&b is super good service 🥰 Thank you for your good service Bellerive hoi an resort & spa. Definitely will back again!

The hotel is located in a village: calm but not so many activities around. The interior is fantastic, large rooms with wonderful view. Attentive and friendly staff, large pool, free sauna and beach towels, fantastic breakfast with various food. A good hotel for family holiday. For adolescents would be a bit boring, but suitable if you value comfort.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. Quy, Jimmy, Erin, and Nhi were all incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. From check-in to check-out, they made sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their warm smiles and willingness to help made a big difference in our experience. Thanks to their excellent service, our trip was even more memorable. We would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Had an excellent stay here for the week while in Hoi An. Agoda messed up our booking confirmation but the hotel staff eventually found it and price matched. The amenities are fantastic, the buffet, pool and gym are great. There’s also a free shuttle that takes you into Old Town, definitely use it. Will definitely be staying here again. Bellerive Hoi An Resort & Spa is the perfect escape for anyone seeking tranquility and luxury. ​Vibe: Stunning, unique architecture inspired by local fishing boats. The riverside views are incredibly peaceful and "Instagrammable." ​Rooms: Modern, spotless, and very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep! ​F&B & Service: The highlight of my stay. The staff are exceptionally warm and professional. Don't miss the breakfast buffet and the signature cocktails at the bar—absolutely top-notch! ​Facilities: The infinity pool overlooking the river is a must-try.

Amazing stay - clean and comfortable. The friendliest and kindest staff thats always willing to help with a smile! The food was amazing at both breakfast buffet and the reataurant. We loved Cu, the lifeguard who took our photos, told us great stories if Hoi An. The reception staff David, Toan and Lisa gave us exceptional customer service. We also loved the hotel mascots, Tam & IC, the pomeranians that lived in the hotel were so adorable! Loved this place!
