Bel Marina Hoi An Resort

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely perfect vacation here. Completely different from other hotels I've stayed at, the rooms were very well-equipped and luxurious, the food and drinks were amazing, and you can enjoy local dishes right at the Thu Bon restaurant without having to go to other restaurants. And that's not all; we were truly blown away by the view from the rooftop of the Premier building – it was incredibly beautiful and different from what I had imagined. Finally, I want to thank the wonderful staff for their attentive and enthusiastic service from check-in to the restaurant. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends to experience this wonderful experience. 😍

This resort exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable and the environment was peaceful. The restaurant served excellent food with a good variety of dishes, and everything we tried tasted great. What impressed us the most was the service — the staff were warm, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. They responded quickly to requests and always greeted us with a smile. Definitely a 5-star experience and we would love to come back again.

The stuff in the hotel is extremely kind and lovely. We travelled with our kid and they were so adorable to him. The rooms are very nice and the pool area aswell. You are just 5 minutes away from the old town but it’s calm! All in all best choice to go to this hotel !

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The service is outstanding-staff are always smiling and very helpful. Lots of choice at the breakfast buffet and dinner/lunch offers both local and western meals. We did a cooking class, which started with a local food market tour, with one of the chefs which was awesome-very enjoyable and educational! The rooms are spacious and clean and quiet. We had a room and a suite for our family of four (two adults and two teens) overlooking the pool and river which was perfect. We enjoyed both the main pool and roof top pool with great views of the city! The location is perfect for walking into the old town, as well as watching the boats sail past on the river. Definitely recommend this hotel for a touch of luxury and tranquillity on the edge of the old town 😊

The breakfast buffet at this restaurant was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegant atmosphere and the beautiful view, which made the morning feel relaxing and refreshing. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with great care and rich flavors. What made the experience even more special was the opportunity to enjoy local specialties. Overall, this breakfast buffet was not only satisfying but also memorable. It is an ideal choice for anyone who wants to enjoy excellent food while experiencing local flavors in a beautiful setting.

This was a great hotel to stay in for visiting Hoi An. It was just a few minutes walk from the center of town. But it was far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. One of our favorite parts of our trip to Vietnam was just sitting next to the river and reading a book and enjoying the quiet. The pool is also very nice. They have a big breakfast buffet with both Vietnamese and Western food. The room was very large and had a comfortable sofa. The rooftop bar had a nice view over the town.

We had a great stay at the Bell Marina. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and eager to help. We stayed in a deluxe room on the 4th floor which was really nice. The room was large and comfortable with a view of the river. We didn’t have any issues while staying here. Breakfast was good and the hotel has a great location for access to the old town - everything is in walking distance but it was far enough away for peace and quiet. We would stay here again.

We had a nice stay at the Bel Marina, which is well located for exploring Hoi An (just outside the busy sections of the town), and provided comfortable rooms. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and attentive, even though we found the housekeeping to be a little overzealous in the mornings. On one occasion they barged in without knocking while I was dressing, and on another they knocked and woke us up even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on. While the bed was very comfortable and certain features were of a high quality (eg large freestanding bath), if I am honest I don’t feel this hotel quite meets the level of fit out to be 5*. We were in the new wing where the soundproofing is not effective (you can hear conversations in the corridor and noise from the swimming pool above). All in all, a comfortable stay in a nice hotel with variety of beautiful views and places to sit, thanks to the team for a relaxing stay.

This spot was such a gem in the middle of super busy Hoi An. Its about 8-10 min walk from the river and from the daily market and a 20 min walk to the tailoring shops. It sits off of a busy street with a large lobby which leads to the pool and riverfront where there are plenty of areas to sit. Across the street from the hotel there are plenty of massage spots which we took advantage of daily. The gym is useable but not anything fancy. Didn’t like they didn’t have any cleansing equipment tho. We stayed in a really nice and plush room in the neighboring building Room was very comfortable and spacious with a tub. Huge bed and so comfortable and tv with Netflix option to use. Also liked the balcony which allowed me to step outside in the morning for some fresh air and quiet before the city started stirring. The rooftop was nice too although it was too chilly and misty to enjoy. Im sure in high season, its fantastic. Breakfast was so good daily with a variety of food from eggs to Pho, to pastries to waffles and pancakes - fruits daily were SO good, love passion fruit. Chef was so kind too - one morning he and I had a brief chat about my stay here in Hoi An and at Bel Marina - a very kind interaction. I would highly recommend this spot for your home base in Hoi An.

We had a wonderful stay at Bel Marina Hoi An Resort. The location is fantastic, overlooking the river and just a short walk to all the lively tourist spots in Hoi An Ancient Town. It felt close to everything while still being peaceful. The hotel itself was lovely. The two pools were amazing and a perfect place to relax after exploring. The service was five-star. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated with our own balcony. Toilet area was a little tight. One of my favourite touches was the benches placed along the river where you could sit quietly and enjoy the sunset. We did have a group of neighbours who were clearly having a good time, but they were still very respectful and wrapped things up around 10 pm, so it wasn’t an issue. A special thank you to our driver Duc, who took us from the hotel to My Son Sanctuary and then on to Da Nang. He waited while we explored and drove us safely to our next hotel. He was calm, patient, and an excellent driver. The traffic circles can be a bit wild, but he handled them smoothly. It was the first time I felt completely comfortable in the traffic here. Highly recommend both the hotel and Duc if you’re visiting the area. 😊

At $110/night, it was a bargain. Beautiful large rooms, comfortable beds, strong water pressure and all accessories you’d need. The grounds were beautiful, right on the riverside, with 3 pools. There was one large pool with 3 sections and lots of loungers and luxury beds. There was another small pool that was very quiet and private in front of the villas. Lastly, there was a rooftop bar and infinity pool with beautiful views of the grounds, river and sunset. This pool had about a dozen loungers. The bar area did not have the same nice views so everybody hung out by the pool. After sunset, people probably migrated toward the bar and larger deck area. It seems like they could have organized that space in a more efficient manner. The on site restaurant had good food and had nice outdoor seating on the riverside with good live entertainment. The hotel was located in a quiet area just outside the action of Old Town but with plenty of restaurants, massage parlors, pharmacy and convenience stores right across from the hotel. It was the perfect spot. I will not stay anywhere else in Hoi An if we return. We actually did stay 4 other nights in another hotel that was nice but didn’t compare. We also looked at 3-4 others before choosing Bel Marina for our follow up days

We had such a great stay at Bell Marina Resort Hoi An! The resort is beautiful and peaceful, with a lovely pool and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they always greeted us with smiles and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is also perfect — just a short ride from the ancient town and easy to reach the beach. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
