I rented an apartment on the 4th floor here for six months, and my experience was far from ideal. While some reviews may come from people connected with the property, mine reflects the reality of living here. **Noise:** The area is extremely noisy day and night. A very popular bar just a block away operates late into the night, and constant karaoke and noise from the restaurant across the street often last until 1 a.m. It quiets down briefly, but by 5 a.m., a nearby family is awake and speaking loudly. If you need a quiet place to sleep, the front bedroom is out of the question. **Water:** The hot water situation is terrible. There’s basically no hot water in the second bathroom or kitchen sink. Even after letting the water run for 10–15 minutes, it remains cold. The building uses solar-powered water heating, which works in sunny weather but fails during cloudy days. Once the wet season started, I had to figure out how to turn on the electric heater myself to get hot water for showers. **Cleaning:** The cleaning service is minimal at best. They only clean the floors and toilets—using the same mop water throughout the entire building, which is quite unsanitary. They don’t change bed sheets, wash dishes, or even wipe kitchen countertops. **Mold and Leaks:** When it rains, the apartment suffers from severe leaks. The ceiling and walls in the front bedroom and living room became damp and moldy, and the front bedroom even flooded! I reported this to the agent, and their only response was, "OK." No action was taken. **Wi-Fi:** The Wi-Fi here is unreliable, especially during the evening when everyone is home. It often disconnects, making streaming or video calls impossible. The owner showed no interest in resolving this issue, so I had to pay for and install my own internet line. **Overall:** If you value a quiet and comfortable place to stay or need a reliable space to work online, avoid this property. The lack of care from the owner and agent, combined with the persistent noise, mold, and water issues, makes this place unsuitable. You work hard for your money—spend it somewhere better.
