Anio Boutique Hotel Hoian

Upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, the staff were very welcoming and helped us with our luggage to our room. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and there was a free shuttle bus to the city and beach. We also had free access to the gym and swimming pool. In the morning, we rented bicycles for free and explored the surrounding town – it was very pleasant. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Nice and spacious room. Nearby TIN TIN the famous restaurant and provide free shuttle and bicycle. Just the water pressure is not so stable, need to open the basin together in order to accelerate the water pressure. However the customer service is awesome, they will made you feel like home.

Anio hotel was one of the best we stayed in in our Vietnam trip, They were happy to answer any crazy questions from a first time traveler and support our needs with our young daughter who has a disability. We also had our flight delayed by a substantial amount of hours and they allowed us to haunt the facilities even after we were checked out. Such a great spot, only a few minutes drive/shuttle/grab from the main town and the restaurant Tin Tins around the corner is yummy too. Would 1829% stay again and will strive to do so again in my lifetime.

Had such a great stay here. Breakfast buffet was good, with a variety of foods to choose. The staff are very kind and welcoming. Pool is big and clean (quite deep though). Hotel's restaurant is also good. The room was very clean and big. Great location, and you have a free shuttle service to key locations. The laundry service was also very good, got my laundry back very fast.

I want to start with a *HUGE* shoutout to Ken for making us immediately feel welcomed to Vietnam. We checked in around 11 PM and were exhausted, but his bright smile and friendliness made us so comfortable. Each time we saw him we talked with him for a while because he was so kind & fun to chat with. He genuinely made our experience in Vietnam way better! Now that I’m done fangirling over my husband & my new bestie, Ken, I want to say that Anio Boutique Hotel was truly the best choice for our stay in Hoi An. They decorated our bed for our anniversary, which was so sweet! The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy, and the service was great. Breakfast is included, they have a free shuttle to & from the Old Town at different times of the day. Even if you don’t take the shuttle though, you’ll only have to pay about 32,000 VND ($1.22) for a Grab to the Old Town. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Perfect location – just a short distance to both the beautiful beach and the charming ancient town. The free bicycle service was super useful and made exploring so easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay here. The rooms are lovely and spacious and importantly, really comfortable. We slept very well here. The location is about a 25min walk from the hustle and bustle of the old town, but its lovely and quiet and they offer shuttle bus services to and from. Staff were really wonderful. Breakfast was also very good. Exceptional value for money, we would recommend!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our 5 night stay at Anio Boutique Hotel. Location is great away from the busy ancient centre, but an easy 6min drive away. The free shuttle (at set times) provided by the hotel to the ancient town or the beach was great, but also easy and affordable to use grab when needed. Staff were friendly, playful with our young kids and helpful with all our enquiries. Room was clean and spacious, pool was great and buffet breakfast had good variety. Highly recommend!

To start, the hotel is fairly priced so I’ll try to put this review in this context accordingly. Rooms are spacious and the location is pleasant in between old town and the beach. But, how can a hotel use a rendered picture on google? The first picture does not reflect the pool at all. The beds are dirty, tiles are loose and the pool bar is not clean at all. I find it very misleading to use a fake picture. Furthermore, during breakfast there are not enough seats for the guests and plates are greasy. The range of options is decent though. There’s a list of things that require upgrades/maintenance. We shared this with one of the receptionists and she was very kind and open to our feedback. Even though the price is not that high, this should never be a reason for hygienic issues. I do not understand how this can be rated 9.0+ to be honest. I hope the hotel gets the upgrades and maintenance it deserves.

Love Anio Boutique Hotel ! hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed. The location is perfect: close enough to walk to the main part of town, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quieter area that feels peaceful and relaxing after a long day out. The hotel itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and extremely well maintained. Everything feels clean, comfortable, and high quality, you truly get more than your money’s worth with the facilities and overall experience. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. Every single person is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to recommend great places to eat and explore, and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of if you have any questions or need anything at all. I highly recommend Anio Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free, relaxing, and convenient stay with exceptional service. My boyfriend and I had an amazing 4 night stay at the hotel. It has the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, with many shops and restaurants nearby. It's a short cycle into Old Town, the rice paddies, and the beach. The hotel also offers a free shuttle into Old Town and the beach, as well as free bicycle rental. The pool is lovely and well-maintained, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms are stunning. The front desk is also extremely helpful, providing any information you may want about where to eat, what to do etc. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
