Anantara Hoi An Resort

This is the place to be if you want luxury. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The grounds were impeccably maintained. It is perfectly located right on the river with a very short walk to visit all of the streets and shops etc. But what really made our stay so enjoyable were the staff. They were always professional, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Recommend this place very highly.

We recently stayed in one of the refurbished river suits and were very impressed. The room is spacious with tasteful indochine styling and a very comfortable bed. The new outdoors space at The Art Space is lovely with great food. Great to see so many smiling faces welcoming us back - excellent service.

The welcome was amazing from the very beginning. The place is beautiful, the rooms are superb, and the staff is always available and helpful. I would especially like to thank Ngoc, who helped me so much in recovering my passport. I’m extremely grateful for her support and kindness. I highly recommend this place !

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Hoi An Resort. Even though our flight was heavily delayed, everything during check-in went perfectly smooth. Every single team member we met was extremely friendly and attentive, from check-in to breakfast, the spa, and the pool bar. The resort itself is beautifully designed, very peaceful, and well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished, which made us feel at home right away. We truly wish we had more time in Hoi An, as our stay felt far too short. We would return to Anantara Hoi An without hesitation.

We just spent 3 nights at Anantara Hoi An as an older couple. We were last there 11 years ago with young children and Hoi An has really changed. The resort is very conveniently situated just at the edge of old town, and it takes 5 minutes to walk into the town. Breakfast was comprehensive and service was excellent. At all times, every staff made us feel very welcome and are constantly smiling and asking about us. Special kudoes to Uyen at reception who helped me look for a carton box at short notice to pack my Vietnamese lanterns which were too big for our luggage. She really went beyond her call of duty to find the right sized box and also stuffing paper for securing the lanterns in the box. The bellmen then kindly helped to tape up the box for me for checking in. We didn't have time to try the gym, spa and dinner restaurant this trip but we won't wait another 11 years to go back! A nice resort near the river, and a very short walk away from the centre of the Hoi An old town. It is quiet and peaceful, with great service and cosy rooms. The suite is rather small for my taste but I find it comfortable and well-maintained. It faces the river and we get to enjoy the river views. Service is excellent, and we are provided with free bicycles. Breakfast selection is limited for a 5-star hotel but other than that, I do enjoy my stay here. Its location is perfect.

The rooms in this place are just a bit weird. There is a seating area in front of every room but it's on the main corridor to all the other rooms, so not private at all. Other than thatz the pool is nice, staff friendly and the breakfast buffet is lovely. Great location and close to Hoi An and all that has to offer.

My favorite hotel in the world. This was my third stay, and it just gets better each time. My riverview suite was impeccably decorated and came with everything I needed - even a yoga mat! The pool is beautiful, and the breakfast (& coffee) is the best in Vietnam - don’t miss the Vietnamese omelette. It’s walking distance to old town and the markets but the free bikes make the other even more fun. Great value for the experience, and the warm service that makes you feel right at home.

We loved our stay at the Anantara. The location honestly can’t be beat, so close to the old town, allowing for easy walking in and exploring. The service was impeccable…the shoulder massage and fresh tea on arrival so welcome. Our room was gorgeous and comfortable. I really appreciated the efforts to minimize the single-use plastic waste by offering bamboo toothbrushes, razors and the like. The food was delicious. Breakfast was a fantastic spread, I’d be surprised if you’re unable to find something int he buffet…but if they didn’t have what you wanted, I suspect they’d make it for you. Highly recommend…and already planning my next stay.

The Anantara Hoi An is a lovely resort in Hoi An, a tranquil oasis within the hustle and bustle of the centre. The staff is incredibly helpful, polite and attentive. They really went over and beyond in order to make our stay as comfortable …

This hotel is another absolute banger! Beautiful surroundings, fabulous rooms and right on the river. Breakfast is lovely, lots of choice. Foot massage was amazing (never had one before, my trotters felt amazing after). I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Lovely and helpful staff, they gave us tips on local tailors, ones that do not inflate prices for tourists. We didn’t use them though this time as not enough space in the case 😢.

Such a beautiful resort, the rooms are clean with a nice large layout. The location is perfect, walking distance to the old town. Buffet breakfast had a great variety of food including vegetarian options. The service is excellent we felt very welcomed, the staff are very friendly. A special thanks to Diem to making sure everything was perfect for us. The spa treatment was great, thank you Lee for a wonderful spa experience. I would highly recommend this resort.
